Dunkin’ Donuts

The only store I’m aware of that does not carry the advertised mint hot chocolate…
If it’s advertised they should carry it…

If I could rate this particular Dunkin Donuts ZERO stars, that would still be too generous of a rating! Went there this morning and every single item we ordered with the exception of a donut, and two breakfast sandwiches were messed up. I occasionally goto Dunkin Donuts, and yesterday while in Orlando had hands down the best experience and was hoping that today would be the same. Unfortunately that was not the case.
I can totally understand the drive through was busy, but we ordered
1 Large Coffee
1 Small Coffee
2 Breakfast Sandwiches
1 Cinnamon Raisan Bagel — Toasted w/​Cream Cheese
1 Iced Coffee sugar /​caramel…
We got 1 large coffee — no cream, no sugar
1 small coffee with cream — no sugar
1 bagel — UNTOASTED — Buttered — No Cream Cheese
1 Iced Coffee — caramel — no sugar
I almost NEVER complain, but honestly this drives me insane. I realize this is just coffee and we are not cutting diamonds, but $ 17 order, and other than the sandwiches, everything ended up in the garbage and we went somewhere else for breakfast.

I love going in this location all employees are very friendly and courteous it makes me want to return each day.

Beware of this place. They never give you what you order, their employees are rude and they don’t care if you have a food allergy. They didn’t even have anyone in the store to mess up my order. It’s like they go out of their way to make sure your breakfast is as bad as it can be. In a previous trip there was plastic floating the the coffee. The store manager doesn’t care either.

Second time coming to this location and was rushed through my order and asked if I was leaving soon because their truck was here… the guy that took my order was also taking someone elses order over headphones. Felt that the employees should have been more concerned with making customers happy, instead of the truck being there.

Awful. Worst donuts ever.

Caroline and Chelsea were awesome, they helped 4 of us decide what kind of donuts we wanted and got us our coffee right away. They were very sweet and helpful. The DD had a decent variety, could have had a few more regular items that other DD’s usually have. Still was a nice place and the service was excellent!

I typically LOVE DD! But this location stinks! I’ve visited this location three times. They have yet to get my order right when going through the drive-​thru and it’s always a long wait. My biggest gripe is that they do not offer poppyseed bagels. ALL other DD locations do! When prompted, their response was that they do not have enough demand, so they simply don’t offer it. Well. I’m demanding it and the manager seemed to care less. I’ll never go back to this location.
