We found josh through good reviews on Zillow and we couldn’t be happier! My husband and I had bad credit but a determination to be homeowners by year end… we were nervous at first because other brokers wouldn’t even give us a chance because of our scores. Joshua was able to get us a FHA loan with no hidden fees or cost and we ended up being able to even close early on our home! We really lucked out! I highly recommend joshua!

Josh Lerette is incredible! My husband and I being first time homebuyers had no idea where to start in the process and if we even qualified for a mortgage. He explained all our options in detail that made sense and answered all of our hundred and one questions. Every step of the mortgage process Josh was accessible. He was great with explaining the pros and cons regarding our mortgage options and always clarified what was the most beneficial route to go.
