a true full service boot store every pair of boots i have bought there over the last 6 years has been the best of quality just like the quality service i get i dont know what this other guy’s problem is but obviously he dont buy many things any store requires a coupon or proof of price with a price match but either way the owner sure has his act together and i will continue to purchase shoes here and at his other stores…

No prices on the shoes or shelves. After trying on a pair I asked how much they were and the guy quoted me 142 which is exactly 10% more than the msrp on the website…(129) I left and then Every other red wing store I called gave me the msrp price from the beginning. So I called the store back thinking he was just including tax for me and asked him the price again… 142 again without tax… So I told him the website has them for 129… Then he said he would match it if I printed it out and brought it in… Save yourself some time and money and go somewhere that you don’t have to negotiate to get to the price everyone else sells at… How is this place still in business?
