Lakeland, FL
Convenient to central Lakeland, the Dixieland post office offers a full range of services (except for home delivery). PO box rentals are available for a nominal fee and the clerks are efficient and friendly (especially to regulars). Closed on weekends, but mail is delivered to boxes on Saturdays. Exterior drive-​up mailbox is in the parking lot on the south side of the building. I’m a fan, and I am pleased that the post office was spared from closure last year.
