This pharmacy has the worst service ever you wait on the phone for like an hour the line is like DMV and the pharmacy staff look like they steped out from a trailer park. I swear to god they have the combined brain power of a dying sloth. There the worst. But unfortunately not many choices here.

Excellent customer service by cashier Dana! Still need work on empty sale item shelves :-(. Allocate more help in restocking grocery shelves! It’s a major and continuous problem at this store!

The Pharmacy clerk today who was dressed as a slutty sailor, absolutely gave no shits today. There was a line out the door and she was irritated that people were irritated. She moved extremely slow, maybe because the fish net nylons were restricting the blood flow on her large legs. It took me 30 minutes to get to the counter and I was third in line. I will be getting my Rxs filled at Safeway from now on.

I just called CVS, Lakeport, CA asking about transferring photo’s to an album. The woman «sales associate» said the photo person wasn’t there and there was a list of sizes and prices and she’d have to go look… paused like she couldn’t be bothered and sighed like it would be such an imposition. I had to request her to please «go look» for the largest size available and pricing. She did finally «go look» and came back with price and size. I then asked her how many pictures could be scanned. Again, her answer was «the photo person isn’t here yet» and” I’d have to go look”. I’ll go to Shutterbug instead. In my opinion this CVS employee is very lazy, incompetent, rude, ill-​mannered.

This is just an awful place the last 3 times I came to pick up my prescription it was not ready they don’t start to fill it until you come in and its always the same it will be ready in 15 min. Not now do not go here!!!

The employees that work in this pharmacy are untrained and extremely rude. The pharmacist himself barely seems to know what he’s doing. They’re always out of meds and take an average of 40 minutes to fill a simple prescription. Beware!!! There are several other pharmacies within a couple miles and I can’t imagine they could be any worse than this CVS.

I always get really good deals here. It is also a very clean and organized store, and they get different inventory all the time. They have really good store brand cookies and chips. Using the extracare card I save a lot of money. Everyone there is really nice too.
