This place is a cute little hidden gem. Great food, service, and nice atmosphere. It’s behind some other shops so a little difficult to see from the road, but go it’s worth it.
We had breakfast after a big hike and we were famished. Food was wonderful, friendly people, clean homey atmosphere.

The Howling Dog café is a small hidden little café that is well worth the stop. If you are looking for a clean, comfy place with casual food and friendly people, this is the place. Coffee, pastries, breakfast sandwiches and suchore. I will be back. I like places where there is no pressure.

One of the few places in town that has gluten-​free bread. Try the BAT bagel on gf toast. Yum! Nice small-​town, friendly atmosphere.

This is a hidden gem in Lakeport. I’ve been in for breakfast a few times in the past couple weeks and every time the service and food is great. The fresh baked goods and coffee are really good and the breakfast burritos are both generous in size and delicious. If you want the best breakfast experience on the North side of the lake, come here for sure!

I love taking my kids there. It’s so pleasant and comfortable. The staff is quick to help you get exactly what you want and the coffee is top notch. My kids love the milkshakes.

Always stop in for a BAT bagel (bacon avocado tomato). Lots of great options on the menu and they serve a great cup of coffee! Easy fast option if you are looking for a bite in lakeport!

I was happy to come across this cozy café tucked behind another building when I needed some good quick food without resorting to fast food, as I prefer local to corporation-​owned businesses. Their turkey wrap was quite good, however I would strongly urge them to get rid of their styrofoam take-​out boxes as styrofoam destroys the planet and takes thousands of years to decompose.

They have the best hot dogs, by far. Its a place hidden behind another building, it is small and homey, very clean and the girls were very nice. It was nice and quiet. I enjoyed the «Good Dog» If you havent tried this place, i highly reccomend it :)
