We went there one of the first Saturday’s that they were open. Maybe even the very first Saturday. My daughter and I walk up and peek our head in and ask if they are open. The worker gets up from his chair and comes outside. He helps us unload the truck. We put everything right outside the back door of the warehouse. He then asks if we ever did this before. We answered yes. He then points to all of the recycle trash cans and said then you know what to do. He left us there to dump all of the bags into the cans ourselves. Mind you everything was already sorted. I was surprised because all of the other recycling centers help with this. I wouldn’t have been as upset had the guy been busy with other people or projects. He was only busy sitting in his chair, eating pretzels and playing on his phone. I had to interrupt his snack/​playtime. It was a horrible first impression. This center might pay a little bit more than others but the lack of customer service isn’t worth it.
