4360 Barbeque is by far the best BBQ in all of the Denver metro area. Gold standard, agreed!
I’ve eaten at many of the BBQ places and Mike’s dishes are far superior. I always go back for seconds, thirds and a doggy bag. This is Texas style BBQ, the memory making kind.
He caters events with a smile and a gentleman’s southern attitude.

There are many choices for catered BBQ events in Denver, however, Mike and 4360 BBQ have set the gold standard for original Texas BBQ here in the Mile High City.
Mike rolled in at 8:00 AM with his impressive custom rig in tow and immediately began the journey to BBQ nirvana. On the menu, slow smoked pulled pork shoulder, generously sliced beef brisket, smokey spicy links and freekin amazing babyback ribs. Prepared with Texas pride, a ridiculously impressive rub and a 6:00 dinner bell, our guests were on the verge of BBQ mutiny. The guests ate, raved, ate some more and raved some more. All left with Texas sized grins, asking where did we find this BBQ MASTER?
You will find the perfect blend of good people, good times and great food with 4360 BBQ and Mike Peterson. A better recommendation we can not write.
