Shop here during special or clearance around Sept 15 all summer stuff must go got 60percent off I did my xmas shopping.

I have been to this location a few times. I really never buy anything because the lines are so slow and its normally only one cashier. Today I finally bought a jacket and a pair of bermuda shorts ive been eyeing for a few months. the line was still slow but i guess i was able to have some patience. i really dont get why it takes him so long to check out one person. I was going to write corporate but there wasnt a survey attached to the receipt.

update from a review I wrote a couple days ago. Originally I tried to return a sweatshirt I received for Christmas and had no receipt but the shirt still had the Aeropostale tag. The employee at Lakewood Ctr said no receipt or exchange without the receipt even though I only wanted to exchange for the right size. It is common to have items without receipts following the Christmas Gift Giving as many would know and understand. I have since contacted Corporate and received a nice email back which in short says that they do accept returns following Christmas until January 31. This employee seems to be uninformed or acting on their own rules so they don’t have to deal with these issues. I would still rate my experience at the store a single star but would give the company Aeropostale a 4 star. dropping my opinion to a 3 overall.

I feel like they just lost a customer due to this mishap.
They had this really nice tank top that was on the mannequin facing the front entrance of the store.
Girl, who I asked if I could have it was really ignorant and mind you, the store wasn’t even that busy.
Apparently it’s store policy that they can’t take clothes off the mannequin. BUT IT WAS THE LAST ONE in the LAST COLOR.
I know it’s rude to keep insisting but it was the last one in that color and size, why couldn’t they have sold it to me?
