The drive thru has some problems. They need to get it together and speed up the process.

On the same night I received horribly slow service from the Wendy’s close by, I walked into this Arby’s and also saw a huge line. My heart sank a little but appreciated the fact that the staff behind the counter informed me that they were super busy because of newly issued coupons but that they were trying very hard to fill everyone’s orders. That was enough to make me stay. It didn’t take as long as I expected for me to get my food and the staff was very attentative, you can tell they cared about their customers, as opposed to Wendy’s! So, service wise, Arby’s gets 4.5 stars, I even rang the bell before I stepped out to encourage them to keep up with the good work! But the final rating is 3 stars because, heck, it’s Arby’s, their food is just average! The curly fries, onion rings, and sauces were all fantastic, but the sandwiches we had(Shroom & Swiss; Three Cheese & Bacon Angus Sub) were way too salty! Some time ago I remember having a chicken salad sandwich from this same Arby’s and enjoyed it a lot more than their beef sandwiches. Not sure if they still offer that anymore, would be bummed if they don’t!
