Reminds me of Chinese restaurants I used to love back home in New York. Quick, cheap, tasty. I picked up enough to feed two people for less than $ 10. Beef with broccoli, sesame chicken, veggie lomein, and fried rice, all hitting the spot.

The building looks awful from the outside(which I don’t necessarily deem as a bad sign when it comes to Chinese takeout) but the food is solid and you certainly can’t beat the price. Definitely more of a to-go place, though the interior is spacious and clean. Jalapeño chicken is really good, and they have a decent variety of choices. I wouldn’t go out of your way to come here, but as I live right down the block, I’m sure I will be back often!

I love this place. Get a lunch for $ 3 that fills you up. their scoop of rice is like 4 scoops. And the Pork dish is the best. only one i get. They have steamed rice you just have to ask for it. The food is always fresh as they just make smaller portions than other ‘scoop’ places. The girls in the front are nice and since i go there a lot for lunch since work is down the street they already know what i want when i come in. Try it out.

I love this place. The BEST and authentic Chinese food ever. Five stars taking into consideration the price and quality of food, leaving out the less than glamorous location. It’s always predictable, delicious, and with great variety. The noodles aren’t dry like you find at Panda Express or other Chinese places, and I tried their black pepper chicken and never went back to sesame chicken. We have got to come here at least once a week… You get seriously so much great food for two people at $ 7.

Pretty good food for dirt-cheap. $ 1.29 per scoop of food isn’t bad. My favorite is the Jalapeño Chicken and their shrimp. I usually get my food to go, but there’s plenty of parking and seating. And the service is great.

Ok straight up, this is the best $ 1 a scoop place within miles. It looks like hell on the outside but inside is clean & quiet. The food? It’s dang good! I’m impressed. Skip the egg rolls tjough… generic & jyst meh. The spicy mushrooms? To die for!

Visit this place at least once a week. The prices are cheap, and the food is good. You’d think from a place as cheap as they are that they’d use MSG but they don’t, I would know as the stuff gives me migraines. They give more than your moneys worth, and it’s filling. Can’t beat their drink prices either. LOVE this place.

Figured I’d give it a shot since they just opened. Lots of Parking. Clean Interior. Lots of comfortable seating. The Line was always stocked with food. Friendly Employees. Reasonable at 1.29 a Scoop. I ordered the Wontons and Sesame Chicken and Broccoli Beef. The Wontons Were kind of tough like they had been sitting to long. The Broccoli Beef was good. My Complaint is with the Sesame Chicken. Its small pieces not even classified as chunks. The one thing Dollar A Scoop places could learn is to use chunks like Panda Express uses in their Sesame/Orange chicken.
