Charlotte Russe

I went in here to shop for sandals since they were having a sale but the employees kept following me around as if I was going to steal. It made my shopping experience really uncomfortable almost to the point of harassment so I just left the store. On the bright side, they do have a huge selection of clothes, jewelry, and shoes but since they kept stalking me throughout the store, I didn’t feel comfortable and had to leave. Don’t go to the store unless you want to be harassed.

But when i cam here, at certain areas in the store was so unorganized. It looked messy.
But i did like the service, when i walked in someone greeted me with a nice smile. That was nice.

Emerald had a very energetic work ethic and peaceful smile! Cydne greeted me with a cheerful smile and asked if I was finding everything I needed! Liz was very nice and curteous during checkout! I complemented Liz vibrant hair color! Liz was very approachable during checkout and communicated to me about the Charlotte Russe happy hour sale! Thank you to an energetic team of Charlotte Russe associates!

This is my go-​to place for scarves and crop tops. The prices are great and the clothes are good quality. Also the employees here are very helpful.

Went to the mall today and saw a sweater in the window of Charlotte Russe that I absolutely adored, but when I went inside to buy it they didn’t have my size. I asked the employees at the counter if there might me one in my size in the back, but they informed me that everything they had was on the floor. My dream of sipping hot coco on the patio in that adorable sweater had been crushed, until Edgar, an employee, told me that the sweater I had seen on the mannequin in the window was my size and that he would get it just for me! My day became 10X better because Edgar was so polite and helpful. So… THANK YOU EDGAR!!!
Had a great experience at this store because staff is awesome and floor was impeccably organized.

Long line and one register open while 6 employees stand around in the register area. Nothing new.

The employees or girls are so rude here and they give you attitudes when you ask them a question.
If you plan on trying something on you need to tell them and be ready for them to be all annoyed that they have to do something for a customer.

Every time I need something scandalous in a pinch. I hit up Charlotte Russe. I did a quick sweep through and couldn’t seem to find anything that was Vegas appropriate. On my way out, a really sweet girl stops me and asks what the occasion is that I am shopping for. Needless to say, almost an hour later she had me try on lots of amazing options, She kept pulling more and more clothes (they kept bringing me sizes too) until we found «THE ONE!». Even a pair of hot red heels for $ 10 (marked down from $ 42), and accessories to match.

so we all know that Charlotte Russe employees hate doing RETURNS, i dont know why the numbers are such a big deal… i worked in best buy when i was younger and they checked numbers all the time but it wasn’t a big deal if we got a $ 5000 tv returned, just go out there and sell another one… anyways…
i give them 5 stars because they were very fast and not rude about the return unlike the downey store… when i said return they didn’t smile but they also didn’t look at me like i ruined their morning… they did it and wish me a great day, so i wish her a great day as well! =)

The store has quite a large selection but I rarely find something that I like. During the Labor Day weekend, they had some sales and I purchased some stuff. After I purchased my merchandise, I noticed that if you text «CR» to 78 953, you receive 10% off your purchase when you showed them the text before you complete the transaction. The 10% off code comes instantaneously. I asked the sales associate if I could return my order and repurchase it with 10% off. The sales associate seemed irked and called over the manager. The manager told me the coupon could only be applied on non-​sale items which is ridiculous because it doesn’t say «exclusions apply» nor is anything in Charlotte Russe not on sale. Anyway I knew the manager was just BSing and didn’t want me to return my order; maybe they get some type of bonus for having the most sale during Labor Day or something. Also I know the manager was BSing because I tried using the coupon at another Charlotte Russe and it worked fine. Basically they just wanted to INconvenience me, which makes it difficult for me to come back. Nonetheless, it is a little annoying for me since I have to make a return, but in the end, I saved some money.
I already didn’t like Lakewood Mall, but here’s another reason to go the extra 5 minutes and visit Los Cerritos Mall.

I agree that the help isn’t that wonderful but neither is Forever 21 or many of the other pre-​teen stores.
What I will rave about is that they carry Short Length jeans. I do enjoy browsing their sales racks and have found many an unusual shirt, shrug, or sweater.
It seems that while the sales associates are struggling to look busy folding items, the store manager on shift is busy running register tape reports every few minutes so they can call another manager and compare numbers. I’ve had too much experience trying to flag down someone to attend to the dressing rooms.
Dear Charlotte,
People would probably impulse shop more often if they could try the clothes on without the frustration level of finding someone to go find someone who has the keys or the job in the fitting room.

I never shop here for clothes or shoes due to their quality and being the poor man’s Forever 21 but I needed some accessories.
I bought a cute bangle bracelet and an antique looking ring. Well the next day after buying the ring the charm fell off of it and so since I still had the reciept I went to exchange it for another ring, same price.
Well the 19 year old manager was a biznatch and took 2 minutes to give me approval for an even exchange then warned me that all sales are final on all accessories.
The new sales associate who seemed to scared of her young boss to ask for help nervously entered all my information… Name, Address, Phone Number (which I made up) for just a simple exchange.
There were 2 other people waiting behind me who were waiting while 3 other staff members frantically folded shirts.
Charlotte Russe… I was never a fan of you before and not much has changed… I dub this review 1 star!

they have really nice stuff at this store, but i strongly suggest that no one buy rings here because they turn your finger green, they are really cheap
