Awesome Food & Friendly Staff! Highly recommend the lumpia and adobo. Very clean space too! We got the dinaguan, pork adobo, pancit, and lumpia. All were awesome, not to salty and not too plain, just right. I do like my dinaguan a little more tangy though. Overall, A+!!

Sinigang with rice and hot tea. Perfect meal to sooth the sore throat I had today. Friendly customer service and she even asked me if I eat pork because some people do not eat pork and the soup I ordered contains pork. I appreciated the extra show of concern and care she has for her customers. I will bring my mom here on my next visit.

The pancit was very salty. Too much soy sauce! The sizzling sisig DIDNOT taste like sisig at all!(this is mainly the reason why we came here bec I was craving for it) came with some gravy for which it shouldn’t, the egg is supposed to be raw but came out cooked, and the sizzling stone plate supposed to be hot came out not. Not very happy. 2 stars for cleanliness and friendliness of the server.

I gave them 1 star because the lady with short hair gave me a taste of the chicken adobo. That was nice of her. She saved me from wasting my money and injuring my taste buds. Their halo halo didn’t have much ricado(beans, etc). I basically paid $ 5 for ice flavored ube ice cream.

This place was okay. I ordered pork sinigang and there was hardly any meat in the container I brought home. The flavor was good. I just wish there was more pork than veggies. My daughter had the chicken adobo and that was okay. It was lacking some flavor. Almost as if it was watered down. I also ordered the karioka and that too was okay. Nothing special or spectacular. I may give them another chance.

I have been here a few times and the food has been nothing but YUMMY! Great Lumpia, and I have tried something new each time. Can not tell you what they were but they were good. Staff has always been polite and friendly.

Oh hell to the no. This place is overpriced, over burnt garlic, and over rated!!! I paid over $ 17(not including the generous tip I left BEFORE I tasted the food) for one side of rice, one side of pinakbet, and one side of pancit bihon. The pinakbet was so over cooked the squash, bittermelon, and eggplant were mushed together creating a thick porrige with tiny bits of pork and vegetable skins to sift through. I was so disappointed. The flavor was a terrible, I suggest they taste test their food periodically to ensure quality. The pancit bihon was flavorless if not for the fistfulls of burnt garlic crusted over the noodles as if to be a heavy-handed garnish. Once I dug under the thick layer of burnt garlic, I found shredded vegetables over flavorless hard and tough bihon noodles. Complete FAIL. I have yet to find a decent filipino restaurant in Pierce County. I was so hungry, too. I ended up making myself microwaveable mac-n-cheese at home out of sheer hunger and blood sugar being low. Best Filipino food you could find around the area. Very nice people and great service. The food came out very quickly, nothing beats home made Filipino food, but this is great for its price.

No stars at all… With Jeff B’s posting about the Ube Halaya. Incident happened 2 months ago… I was asked by the owner since she read the review about it. I told her how it was… Salty, dry, can’t taste any milk, hard(since i tasted Annie’s halaya before — she was the previous owner) i was expecting the same taste & i was able to made a comparison. I paid $ 40 for the ube. Then here comes the cook, owner told him about our comment then he said: «well that’s what you get for the price». The female owner, her son & i was surprised on how he reacted! First of all, the $ 40 price was the set price for the order. Secondly, i left the store without even hearing sorry for how he acted or sorry since the ube was terrible. Besides during my visit i didn’t like how they transfer their cooked food to their serving containers. So i decided. Never to Dito Tayo ever again

I come here a lot. The pancit is excellent, best in town, I’ve tried other Pinoy Resto and the pancit here is hands down the best! Lechon kawali is super good, crunchy skin and soft meat with the sought after bit of fat in it, drooling while writing this! Tried the dinuguan Sunday it was just the right consistency and very flavorful! I took couple of my buddies here also on Sunday and they plan on coming back here even tho both are from Seattle. For me Dito Tayo is where I go for a good, authentic PINOY foods!

If you want authentic Filipino food than this is your place! The loompya is off the hook good and the portions are generous. I don’t know what the negative reviews on here are all about. Maybe they got this restaurant confused with a different place or something?

Please do not be fooled this place doesn’t sell Filipino food. I dont even think their food is edible. We got«kakanin» from this place and it was nasty. The lady in the store was very rude. Whoever is the owner of this place might want to reconsider their choice of business.

A friend of mine had ordered some food from Dito Tayo for a party. I was only able to taste the Halayang Ube(Mashed Purple Yam). I was extremely disappointed. It was so salty and disgusting. I immediately discarded it. The was no sign of condensed milk nor coconut milk utilized in that batch. Extremely disappointed.

Don’t get confused. This is the old location of the Polynesian Grill, but with new owners and was still undergoing a remodel when the wife and I stopped by two weeks ago. We are admitted lumpia fiends and their lumpia is off the hook good! For $ 4.99 you get five large cigar-length pieces of deep fried heaven. The filling and meat is nicely seasoned. We also tried the pancit that was overflowing with linguisa and bits of chopped pork. Those who are not used to authentic Filipino food beware. Those chunks of pork have fat on them. But if you are familiar with this home style cuisine, fat = flavor. You know this place is legit when they have dinuguan on the menu! The owners are super nice and we love to support local mom and pop places!
