I was getting frustrated with constant brake issues. I had avids disc brakes and they were past warranty. Dave made things right and got me new SRAM brakes and rotors under warranty with a quick turn around. This shop staff is knowledgeable and nice. What I like is that they aren’t obvious bike snobs and don’t nickel and dime you. Rather they they get you what you need to be back on your bike and not break the bank.

Used this bike shop for a last minute tune on my road bike before selling it today. They were extremely accommodating and did a great job! I would definitely use them again.

I’ve had a gmail account for years and not taken the time to review any place of business. Today is the exception. Upon eating next door on my lunch break, I noticed that the shop was having a clearance sale. Having wanted to purchase a new bicycle for the past year or so, I thought this would be a great opportunity to see what was available. I had to be back to work soon, so I didn’t have much time to look around or ask questions. The questions that I did ask were very general and were scoffed at and ridiculed by a lady that worked there. The main heavy set guy behind the counter was helpful at first, but as the lady began to act like a condescending bitch, he quickly followed suit. One bald employee was actually helpful, but at that point it was too late and I was completely turned off to the shop. I will not ever step foot in there again and will strongly advise anybody I can in the future to do the same.

Dave is great! knowledgeable, courteous and quick. I have had more than one occasion where I rode my bike to the shop with an issue that just cropped up and Dave has me in and out in a few minutes and always at a reasonable price. They also sell higher-end mountain, road and other bikes, not because they are snooty, but because they won’t compromise on quality. Will be back as soon as my ride starts giving me another fit… and Dave will have it back on the road or trail ASAP! I can’t believe I took this long to write a review as this has been my bike-fix go to guy for over a year… sorry it took so long!

I’ve stopped in 3 times in the last month, each time after visiting Green Mtn Sports and not finding what I needed. Full Service Bicycle will now be my first stop. The owner at Full Service(I forget his name) has been there to help out each time and has been great. He’s very laid back, no high pressure sales tactics. Asks what you are looking for and what you want to use it for to get a good understanding of your needs and propose alternatives if he doesn’t have it exactly. Today for example, I was looking for a Stan’s No Tubes syringe to add sealant. He didn’t have the brand name one, but had a 60 mm syringe and some tubing that did the same thing at 1⁄3 of the price. He also had the Chamois butter and Glide, all of which were unavailable at Green Mtn. Fully Service may be a smaller shop in a bit of a hidden location, but they are well worth stopping in and checking out.

Went in tonight looking for a simple part for my crank. They knew exactly what part I needed, grabbed one out of a box and gave it to me free of charge.(I repeat, a very small, simple part. Probably $ 0.50. Don’t expect them to give everything away.) I was in and out in 2 minutes. A+

I love this shop. The owner is super friendly and super knowledgeable and the prices are fair. Not a very large selection of in-store product. It’s a smaller shop. But the owner is very knowledgeable about bicycle geometry and fitting you on your bike with the right setup.
