Honestly i dont give a crap about there customer service. I am from Georgia and currently stationed in Washington, and this is the ONLY hair store that i can find whatever products, weaves, hair tools that i need. SALLYS is crap and walmart has little to no ethnic products. 5 star

I wish I could give them 0.5 star. Their customer service is horrible. Most of their staff are super rude. I am a very nice, pleasant young Asian girl. I visited this store a lot for my cosplaying and buying little hair accessory things. And I have always noticed their customer service wasn’t very good, but didn’t mind due to the wide merchandise selection. But the my latest experience at this place was the last blow. A. My mom and I came in, looking for hair pieces for her her hair for my cousin’s wedding. The lady was showing us real hair extension, I asked if I could bring it over to show my mom over by the wig area. She said no, so I had to call my mom over. B. So my mom bought a brownish pony tail. She dyed her hair the day after and it turned out purplish brownish black instead. So… TWO days later, we came back here asking if we could exchange(EXCHANGE, not return! OMG) The manager lady, said no, and I quote«No exchange!» She was so rude. And I tried to explain and even pleaded with her with«please», but she just threw the words back in my face. «You can’t just go dye your hair different and came back for another color. No exchange», She repeated. She even asked my why was I arguing. And I pointed out that on the Refund and Exchange Policy, it says: 1. No items refunded or exchanged after use 2. No items refunded or exchanged in bad condition And we didn’t violate any of those thing. My mom hasn’t used it(I showed them the date that my mom was going to use it for using my cousin’s wedding invitation card). And it certainly was in a good condition! I argued, pointing out the logic with another store associate, and the young lady was just saying the same thing as the older woman earlier — «I’m sorry, it’s our story policy, no exchange.» And ITMADENOSENSE, because the policy on my receipt says that I certainly can exchange. If either they or I was going to call security, they would lose so badly, because my argument was clearly very sound with all written evidence.

They are really bad at customer service. They happy when you purchase, but so rude when you return. I got to buy a non clip in hair extension there, i brought it home then take it out to see how can i sew the clip to the hair, then i realize when i stroke through it, the hair fall out a lot which mean u wont left anyhair while using it. So i put it back to the box, organize it back and return. Then the cashier ask me why i buy and i want to return, i said the hair fall out a lot and i havent use it. Then she look at the hair, she said i take the hair out of the box, so no return, then throw it on the table and take care for next customer. I didn’t do anything to the hair yet, they are hair supplier, they can bring it back, organize it and sell it again, but they said i take the hair out so they cant sell it, but i haven done anything to the hair yet. And the bahavior of the cashiers makes me feel this place is fucking done. If they do business like this, then they prolly loose customer n got bankrupt early. No return because i take the hair out, what is a ridiculous excuse, i havent done anything to that bad quality hair. Never come back and I will tell this to all of my friend.
