Today was my first time here since it first opened YEARS ago and I. Loved. It! I hate the other salons in Lakewood, they give crap jobs for what they charge! But the guy who did my nails took his time to educate him (love that they spoke fluent English too) about what I was getting because I was trying something new. He nicked my nail on accident, apologized and put some ointment on it and cleaned it up. I’ve been doing my nails for a very long time and haven’t had service like that until today. Occasionally asking me if I’m comfortable or if I like what’s being done. Such amazing service, loved every second!
Plus their pedicure was heavenly! Nothing I hate more than a half ass massage and a rushed pedi but NOT today! I’d give 10 stars if I could!

Love this place with the new management. I’ve had full set, waxing, and lots of gel/shellac. They do a great job with gel –the color are thinly but evenly applied so that it doesn’t loosen or easy to peel off. I usually get mine done by Dan. They are also very friendly and nice. Sometimes they speak their native language but its due to language barrier and you don’t get the feeling that they are talking about u. Totally recommend!

I’ve been coming here for years and never thought to Unilocal them. beautiful work and awesome customer service! Whether I need last minute, drop in need to get outta here quick type of service or have all the time. they are fast friendly and efficient. I’ve never had an issue if I came back for a smudged nail or anything. Always takes care of me, makes it right! I love the owners and the care they give to me.

I’ve been to this salon several times. It was always a hit and miss for me. Although since the NEW MANAGEMENT, I have been loving their service. I’m extra spoiled in here! =) Plus, my business is right around the corner to them, so it is a double benefit! I highly recommend TK. He has been doing nails for quite some time now, he is awesome! Ask for TK and say that LEN reffered you to him. =)

Horrible customer service. Left me and my daughter soaking our feet for over 10 minutes and ignored us. Extremely dirty and They not clean the pedicure bowls after they were used! Discusting place. They were also working on 3 pedicures at a time and not washing their hand in between! They need to be shut down! I’m surprised this place can still be in business.

I used to go to Hi Tek Nails during the week when I worked near there. I always received good service and my nails looked great. So when I was going to be up in Lakewood last weekend I stopped in to get my nails done. This was a mistake. The service was horrible and my nails are awful. The girl who helped me did not make sure the nails she put on actually fit my fingers. Several did not. She did not make sure the nails were all the same length. They are not. She did not make sure they were the length that I ACTUALLY WANTED. They are not. It is partly my fault for not stopping her and demanding someone else but I held out hope she would fix it and was deeply mistaken. I will never go back and would not recommend this place to anyone else.

Horrible customer service!!! Never have I been to a place where you don’t get acknowledged at all even after being their for 7 mins. Till I finally spoke up because I figured enough was enough of the wait! During my wait 2 lady’s before me walked out, I’m guessing they had the same experience. Don’t bother, they don’t know what they’re doing. I don’t know why they’re even in service! By the way I came to get my eyebrows wax for the first time, which sadly never happened

I went here on a weekday and got there when it first opened up. I got my eyebrows done and acrylic nails. The women seemed like she was rushing to do my nails and kept answering her phone and talking to people. My nails have a whole bunch of bubbles in them. The only reason I have them 2 stars is because I love the way my eyebrows look. I will come back for waxing but for my nails I’ll go else where. My total was $ 35 you get what you pay for I guess.

No no no. If you want your fingers to hurt after getting acrylics, this is where to go. I got a full set Saturday, today is Tuesday and my finger STILL hurts. She filed down WAY too far. Unfortunately I didn’t notice until later when my finger was throbbing. The ladies are kinda nice, but there’s a reason why they’re so cheap. I should have qalked out when an elderly customer came right back in after paying, to tell them they messed up her nail. Btw she didn’t do a very good job painting my nails.

Let’s see, you know how they file your nails and you have dust all over your hands etc? Ya, she just painted right over all that. Didn’t wipe them off or ask me to wash my hands. Did a pretty bad job painting my nails. Didn’t get my entire nail on most fingers. Best part??? She was texting and playing FarmVille in between shellac timers. She was nice, but not nice enough for me to overlook how overall bad this place was. Will never be back.

My first time here. I am not going back. I was moved to a chair that didn’t work. I was very uncomfortable. Customer Service is not important here. I do not recommend this place. One star is to much.

This by far has been the worst place I have ever had my nails done. The place was filthy. I had to use the restroom and found 4 large garbage bags full of dirty towels and flies everywhere. That would explain why he used a dirty towel on my hands! The floor was gross, looked like it hadn’t been swept or mopped in quite awhile. They kept switching people around like crazy… it was like stations at curves. I would have one person doing my left hand and then two minutes later someone else was working on the other hand. Yes, I know, I should have left but I just wanted this done and over with. I had Shellac done but noticed they were not using the «real» product made by CND. Not sure they were properly cleaning all instruments. Uggghh
