International House of Pancakes

So, I decided to go to the IHOP this morning with my sis Morgan Fox to get some pannycakes to try and soak up some of this Tequila that I had the night before. I was happy with my food. I couldn’t sit immediately in my seat due to the seat wasn’t clean so, I had to wait until someone came and wiped it. Then, as I’m eating a young gentleman came with his broom and dust pan and began to sweep in the area. I tried to ignore it as I was covering my food. He noticed what I was doing and moved to another area but the came back and began sweeping in the same area. Didn’t you just sweep here? I politely asked him not to sweep while I was eating because he’s kicking up dust. He apologized and walked away apparently to tell the manager what had transpired. The manager comes over and apologizes but stated that he wanted the area to be clean for the next customers. Uh, wasn’t clean when I came in. I told him I understand that but I don’t want dust all over my food. My sis then told me that he was over there gesturing and acting like he was upset. Why in the entire hell would he be upset? He made it a bigger matter than it was.

Loved my Vegetable Omelette, it was huge, BF had a huge Chicken Fajita Omelette and grandma had the Breakfast Sampler! All so delicious! Our server was awesome too! Checked in on us, friendly and smiled a lot!

I absolutely love their Sirloin Tri Tip steak here its so good. My nephew calls it the sweet meat. Lol not to mention the vanilla cream that goes on top of my waffle is heaven. Good old fashion breakfast with sweet meat.

Why give me the waffle that you split by opening the iron too early then my party of 3 all had cold food. So disappointed with timing of service but what I ate could have been perfect at the right temp.

This is the best IHOP I’ve ever been too. The waiters memorize your order they are so polite and they bring the food so fast. Can’t complain… life is good.

This IHOP is one of the smaller ihops I’ve been too. Went here with my family for brunch. The food took too long, took over an hour for our orders to arrive (party of 4). The taste of the food was okay though.

Got up this morning had a craving for pancakes, eggs and hash browns. The food was good and the service was great. I Hop was extremely busy but every one was really great.

Food poisoning Alert!
Me and my family went and breakfast there. We had banana and strawberry pancakes, scrambled eggs, turkey sausage and hash browns.
Less then 24 hours later my kids had bad diarrhea. I think it’s because they ate most of the eggs, me and my wife ate very little egg.
I am never setting foot in this poisonous well of filth.

The «Over 55+» menu of 2 eggs, 2 bacon, hashbrowns & toast for $ 7.99, or, the «All you can eat pancakes» menu of 2 eggs, 4 bacon, hashbrowns and all-​you-​can-​eat pancakes for the same price?

Best pancakes in town! We come here on Saturday mornings for breakfast and the staff knows us and remembers our needs! Try to come early because it gets crowded on weekends! Parking is okay, but when it’s busy u could be parking far. If coming after 9am on a weekend, be prepared to wait. Food is always good and healthy options are offered as well. Fill out the survey in the receipt and you get a free short stack for your next visit!

Been to many IHOP’s in my day. This place was horrible. Server forgot us. Forgot to put good in. Then forgot to drop check. I’ve worked in restaurants so I have a lot of patience.
The food was so sub par. Turkey bacon was RUBBER.
Substitute eggs were not. They were real eggs. Plus under cooked. Watery.
Hash browns. Undercooked.
This could all be due to our order being put in so late.
Strongly feel i will never return to this location.

The banana waffles were delicious! Service was not great. My server didn’t come by to ask how my food is. After I got my food no one came by at all. My drink was not refilled. I got up to ask for a box. I paid then l left.

this place is very small. BUT I dnt want the window Pls.
(because if a car crashes I want to survive).
I have a craving for french toast with bannanas and walnuts and lots of OJ and lots of Ice, hashbrowns with lots of ketchup and my eggs scrambled with tabasco, oh and avocado
this baby is not going to like me drinking Oj but I’m CrAVING.

I’m glad I went to this location. I live in Downey and have other ones near by but I wasn’t happy with the reviews. Service was good. The only thing I would say about our waitress is that her hair was kind of loose so one of her hairs flew into our table. The wait is long (we went on a Sunday) but that’s not anyone’s fault. The place was full so the wait doesn’t bother me. Parking sucks since there is a lot of food places around. Overall I was happy with my visit.

Pros:
Greeter, waiter, and bus boys were friendly and accommodating. Jose (waiter) was great.
Cons:
Very small location which causes a bottle neck of people at the door waiting for a table.
Not very handicap friendly.
Food is alright but for the price you can get better elsewhere.

I don’t like the layout of this iHop. How the food is at the entrance of the door and how their is a homeless man in front of the door. So the food in general, through the traffic of every customer could easily pass viruses and germs on the food. Gross…

THIS is the IHOP to go to if you’re in Long Beach or surrounding cities.
I had a hunch to try a new IHOP since the one on Bellflower sank my faith, and this restored it in full force.
My waitress was sweet.
She was personable, prompt, and even though she was busy, she made sure to take care of my table.
There was a visible manager on duty and he kept things in order, without chaos.
The décor here was obviously newer, and I feel as though walking through a bit of the kitchen to be seated was strange, but I understand space was limited.
The food. Oh man.
It seems like the menu always seems to expand.
My boyfriend got some feast of eggs, bacon, pancakes, and goodness knows what else.
In the end his plates were empty, so it was delicious.
I ordered the stuffed French toast, by itself.
The inner child in me was elated for the amount of sugar.
I ate all of that wonderfully sugary mess.
Please do have a plate for yourself.
Then lots and lotsssss of water hah

WARNING! ! Don’t go the restroom before you finish eating. I made that mistake today because my 3 yr old daughter had to go and when we came out the waitress had already threw our food away. We hadn’t even finished half of our meal. I couldn’t believe she did that. My daughter went home hungry and I had to make her dinner when we got home. I thought maybe they would offer to comp us after making such a stupid mistake but they didn’t. I paid FULL price for less than half a meal. For the first time in my life I did not leave a tip and I’ll never go back to IHOP again.

They had great customer service. Loved the older lady that served my sister and I. She was the nice grandmotherly type.
Food was good to and excellent prices.
