I just moved to the neighborhood and ordered from this location a few times. The day I moved in I ordered from here via phone because my internet was not hooked up. About 2 weeks ago, I go online to order and it says I’m not in their area. I call the store and they are on a 45 minute wait. I ask him about my location and he told me that they can no longer deliver to my house. WHAT!!! I email corporate on 6⁄12. Nothing. Not even an acknowledgement. So, I go on Facebook last week and email them. Even through messaging I could tell they could care less. He said he’d look into it. So, today I follow up, any news? No. Couldn’t find any records of anything. Sorry. Send an email to the corporate website. Then magically, I get an email from Jessica at corporate. She was super sorry. They were delivering to me out of the kindness of their hearts, but they can no longer do that. WHAT? How could I order online? Are you for real Jessica? Do you think I’m an idiot? Jimmy John’s is the ComCast of customer service for fast food. I’m only writing this review because I’m warning others. We all know they don’t care at all about what we are saying. That being said, do you trust a company like this to make the food you eat? I wouldn’t.

Just had a frustrating experience. I wanted delivery and I know it is confusing finding my place, so I told the girl specific directions to get here. I ordered two sandwiches and hot peppers on the side because I was sharing them with someone who does not like them. I got a call right after placing the order that she didn’t get my address right. Then, after telling her again specific directions and thought I resolved the issues, I waited more than half an hour to get a sandwich, the delivery drivers called me. He was lost because apparently it’s not legit to write down what customers tell you for directions when they tell you I have your address wrong. After getting my order, I didn’t get my hot peppers, there was a lot onions on all of it, and I saw they scribbled out the«bad address» for the right one. I feel like I just wasted my money…

Have eaten here a number of times, food is consistently good, but service varies. At most recent visit, the person behind the counter swiped my card, handed it back to me, and walked away from the register without saying a word. She did not give me a cup for the drink I had paid for, so had to flag down another employee. Then, when I informed an employee that the soda machine was out of Diet Coke, they simply replied«okay, thanks». There was no offer to change out the tank or refund my money for the drink I ordered. As it was the only option without sugar, I ended up leaving without a drink. Though there were numerous employees and very few customers, but few of them seemed to be paying any attention to the customers that were there.

I have ordered delivery several times and so far I am pleased with the service and the food. I have only used the moble app to order, which is easy and convenient. I recommend for any sandwhich lover!

Honestly the worst jimmy johns delivery service I have ever had. I ordered a turkey Tom-add avacado, peppers, mustard, onions and oregano. What I got was a turkey Tom plus bacon and avacado-no mustard, onion or oregano. Also-I am allergic to pork, while most people would be excited about free bacon this made my already disappointing sandwhich not even eatable-thanks jimmy johns I’m still hungry

I was reticent to even write this review because I will never visit this place again, but for all those patrons who might stumble into this hole expecting a good experience, run to the next nearest sandwich shop and save yourself some aggravation. I was the ONLY patron in the shop the morning of Wednesday, 5÷20÷15 and was hollowly greeted by a be-speckled lad who looked thru me as if I was his guidance counselor. There were 6 – 7 people behind the counter and after ordering my sandwich, I was quite obviously searching high and low for something, but not one of them could take the time to ask if I needed any help. Fine. Next, I asked if there were any napkins available and I was told by a different staff member that«we make sandwiches behind the counter, so the napkins are back here.» Weird, but OK, how about handing me one or, God forbid, two with my meal — can I get an Amen for being able to wipe away some mayo? It keeps going — I wasn’t even HANDED said napkin, but yet another sandwichanista pointed to where they were kept behind the counter, so I decided to throw caution to the wind, since I had no other choice and reach over the counter to procure one myself. Adding insult-to-injury, the bread was soggy(yesterday’s fare I imagine) and the sandwich was thrown together like a bad card trick. Not the Jimmy John’s experience I’ve had in other franchises. I know that customer service has taken a blow in recent years, but this is make-a-sandwich, give-a-sandwich 101 and if I have to search and beg for a napkin on top of eating a soggy sandwich, I don’t find that acceptable in anyone’s realm of reality — especially not when I am outnumbered 6 or 7 to 1 in a place that prides itself on FAST, competent service. A tiny bit of customer service/courtesy could have prevented this little review and it may put me off Jimmy John’s altogether. At the end of the day it’s just a sandwich and I can get one anywhere.

They made our sandwiches quick and just they way we ordered. I love that you can get any sandwich you want as a lettuce wrap. Also wrapped so great that you can eat it in the car without making a mess

First time customer. So knew nothing about the menu and did not realize you can customize your order! Total bummer the order taker was not involved at all she was very unenthusiastic! The menu looked great but wish I had checked first because I ordered a huge sub more than I could ever finish on the wrong bread! Might try again at a different location?

Jeez. Meh, OOFDA– Adequate is potentially too kind. All my interactions with this location have been in desperation during lunch. I have had immediate delivery that makes your head spin. However, I have had group orders for my office that were a kin to Apocalypse Now– and the sandwiches looked like they had been through a war to get to us. Suffice it to say that the consistency is lacking. Sometimes everything comes together, though, and lunch is saved. Thus the three stars instead of two. Advice: You bring me a $ 7 sand-a-wich and I TIP $ 3…please clean your dirty fingernails. Make the sandwich makers your top priority.

Bread was hard, burned, crusty. Not enough turkey and I paid extra for turkey. Fastest service ever but at the expense of quality, I’d rather wait for a better tasting sandwich. Also, they didn’t cut my large sandwich. No olives. No sweet peppers. Marginal at best!

Every time i have ordered Jimmy Johns delivery it takes them at LEAST40 minutes and i live right down the street. The sandwiches aren’t even spectacular and neither is the service. They say their motto is freaky fast but they should change it to FREAKYSLOW! I will stick to Fire House any day!

Our service was fine, our un-wiches were the standard fare, and I felt like I was at any other Jimmy John’s. When I don’t feel like Chipotle, I’ll(sometimes) go here.

We order from this location for delivery at our place of business almost daily. It’s always fast, nice and efficient. We ordered today and it was delivered within 9 minutes… Literally. All with a smile and a thank you! We love this place!

Beware of this one. If you order online for delivery, the sandwich is more expensive than in the store. BUT! Since Jimmy John’s DOESN’T post their prices online, even ASYOUORDER, you probably won’t notice the extra charge right away. Sneaky, eh? As much as I’m usually a fan of Jimmy John’s… I’ll be skipping this one, and skipping the surprise delivery upcharges.

Terrible experience with Jimmy Johns today. Bit into a piece of a plastic bag in my sandwich!!! :(It was also bland — and the lemonade machine must have had no flavoring in it whatsoever.

Not impressed… distracted staff, missing sprouts on my turkey sandwich that has sprouts listed right on the menu and crusty, crusty bread. Usually I like their food for a quick meal but not today!
