Never shopping here again! I asked an employee to speak to the manager and when she went to call her I heard the manager scream what does she want?!? What a bad manager her name tag said Lisa. It is her JOB to deal with customers that have questions or concerns but she could care less for the customers. Also, I hate how everyone greets at the same time it’s so annoying and then she screamed greet really loud I never felt so unwanted at a store.

Cute clothes, but really poor customer service. I’ve never encountered such rude, unhappy employees at a clothing store.

The clothing here is pretty much equivalent to Forever 21’s. It’s cheaply made and cheaply priced. But some of it is really cute and worth the few bucks. I liked a sweater on a mannequin and was drawn in(I wanted to get it as a gift for someone). I was looking for a specific size and didn’t see it on the rack. I asked the male at the register(his name was three letters long and I forgot it somehow) what size the mannequin was wearing. He matter-of-factly told me that it was wearing a size small. When I left the store, I checked it just out of curiosity, it wasn’t a small. Is this really how you treat all your customers? On the flip side, three letter guy lead me to Andrea when I asked for more help. Andrea ended up helping the two visually impaired people with me find outfits. She was quite attentive and helpful. She really goes above and beyond to make sure you have what you need. This lady deserves a promotion.

Papaya is how I imagined that Fashion 21 would stay like, Pieces priced for quick sales and for quick seasons. Some of these are just beautiful prints and ruffles and lace and also sleek pieces. But we are talking Junior sizes. I did find a black sweater top that I can use while at my chilly day job… for $ 5. As import clothes go, you have to try on 2 sizes of each piece to see what works. So one could put together jean shorts, a print ruffle top, espadrilles, and a straw hat or heavy metal rock slashed black shirt and studded belt. Plenty of mix and match pieces. I just wouldn’t count on anything lasting long enough to pass it down to the next generation, or to the next years’ season. Still very cute stuff.
