I bought a pair of UGGS for my 3 year old in January.
By January 28 the UGGS ripped. Took them back. Was told I needed to wait two «working» weeks before I get a new «exchangeable» pair.
They kept my receipt, which I am a little worried about it…
I was also warned that I cannot bring the replaced UGGS if they rip again!
Let’s see how long it will take.

I bought a pair of converse while in Vegas but the color was off once I got them outside so I returned them here. «Linda was/​is great».
The 4 stars are for the service. The minus 1 star is for the lack of variety. I totally get it from a business stand point but as a woman that heart shoes, this is not the store if you want something unique. I can visually remember all of the women shoes I saw today. If your looking for a basic doc martin, van or a shell toe, this is your spot. Convenient and prices are reasonable.
They only do exchange and store credit so keep that in mind.

Inconceivably stupid employees!
I came in and tried on a pair of shoes in the next size up (8 ½) which were surprisingly much more comfortable than my regular size 8. I decided to buy the size 8.5 ones and when I finally decided to wear them out (ONE TIME), I felt that the left shoe was notably tight. When I got home that day, I looked inside the tag and noticed that the left shoe was a size 8 and the right one was a size 8.5!
Enraged, I tried calling them for over a week and a half but NO ONE EVER ANSWERED! It just kept ringing and ringing, I couldn’t even leave a voicemail! I decided to go in despite my extremely busy schedule and painfully tried to keep my composure when I got into the store. The ditzy chick at the register claimed that they didn’t answer any calls because they were «busy», to which I responded «For over a week and a half straight?» I probably shouldn’t have said anything but that would have killed me. Anyway, I was handed over to a shim (didn’t know if it was a dude or dudette) who was snarky to the max! I asked for an exchange for the right size, not a refund– but I was denied an exchange of the correct size because I wore these shoes ONCE… after it was THEIR MISTAKE of handing me over the wrong size. ^%&^*#$(@$(@$!!!
Despite all this, I didn’t get a single apology.
«Pissed off» is the understatement of the century. What a complete WASTE of $ 200+!
