Don’t bother going to this Sally’s unless you want slow or better no service. I went in I walked around 4 employees looking for a conditioner. I finally asked a 5th and she was to busy talking to the 6th employee in the back office. I got the grunt and she showed me where it was I then made the mistake in asking her another question and got the HUHNO. I should have left at that point but being stupid I went to the register and stood there with several employees looking at me then on finally came over. She said that register is not open come over here. I paid for my purchase and told the 2 girls standing there and Told them«Have a nice day.» They both turned their back and grunted. Here is a thought why don’t all the employees there need to find another job that they do not have to deal with customers. Susan.

Been to this store a few times, they don’t great you when you walk in. You have to look for someone when you need help. And lot of the product not price right are in the right spot. What happen to customer service? Expecially in retail. Will not return will drive 30 more minutes go to different locations are go to other store.

When I went to Sally’s the employee were slow and didn’t help me, I had to wait for three employees to do a two employee job, one girl had no idea about hair, kind of something you want to know when working at a beauty store

I always find exactly what im looking for(and more) at this particular sallys. Theyre small but full of products. The only complaint I have is that the employees rarely acknowledge you when you walk through the door or when they see you in the store. The only way I can get help is if I hunt one down and the last time I did that they didn’t really know the answer. She said shed go ask someone and she never came back to help me.
