Sonic Drive-In

Ordered two Master Blasts, for over $ 10.00 and all I got was two cups of vanilla ice cream with whipped cream and some sprinkles on them. If I wanted vanilla ice cream, I would have gone to the grocery store and paid half the price for three times as much ice cream and made it back home in a quarter of the time it took them to complete two cups of ice cream.

Staff always says «if you pull to the drive thru I’ll be happy to help you» I understand if it’s cold outside but I’ve had them say it regardless of the weather. Lazy carhops.

My husband and I went through the drive thru at this location, even though this would be the 3^rd attempt at trying to order here and we knew better. We sat at the ordering box for a good 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged that we were there. Meanwhile, the order taker must not have known that the headset was on so we could hear their whole conversation (not work related, btw). Finally, when someone asked if we were at the drive thru, she then asked us if we had cash. We did not. We were then told, rudely I might add, that the drive thru was for cash only and that we needed to pull into a stall if we wanted to order. Not once I have ever been told that at a Sonic nor is that posted anywhere. My husband and I will never return to this location and we recommend that no one else does. Their service is horrible, staff is rude and food is mediocre at best (the one time that we didn’t end up leaving because of terrible service).

Food is good, but people who work there are not.
Forgetting orders, slow, not really thinking much.
Specially the guy who delivers the food to your door. Eat here if you have time for a nice surprise.

These people are absolutely stupid. Last night a friend and I went through the drive thru and ordered two orders or tots with cheese and jalapeños on them.
We pull around to the window, pay, and wait for like 5 minutes for this girl to bring our order to the window. She handed it to us and I didn’t look at them right away. I pulled like ten feet up and looked down and saw chili on them… and well. neither of us eat meat. So we thought we will just go back around, tell them what happened, and they’ll fix it.
I get back to the window and now I believe the manager was there and he opened the window and just stared at me until I said that my order was wrong. He then went on to make me feel as if it were my fault that they fucked up my food. So he goes away for a couple minutes and comes back to the window and says «I hope you’re really hungry cause I’m just going to give you the original two with chili on them and then two new ones with just cheese» oh thank you teenage sonic manager for your generosity. It sure didn’t compensate for his stupidity.
Started to drive away and looked down and there are the two original orders with the meat that we do not eat on them and then there is ONE order of regular cheese tots, not two, with so much cheese on them that they were inedible. I ended up throwing it all away.
Another thing that I think plays a huge part in this sonic really messing up just about everything they do is that these kids that work here always have their friends out front hanging out and they’re like inside taking your order and the second you leave you see them to back outside to hang out with their buddies.
And these are the people who want $ 15 an hour to do this… I don’t fucking thing so.
This is a lousy location and I can honestly say the worst sonic I have ever been to. And they should really just get their shit together.

Shake machine was broken, which wasn’t disclosed until the end of the order.
A shake was the only reason for going for my pregnant wife.

If I could give less stars I would. Overpriced for real. If I ask for a large, fill the mutha F****** cup up. These dumb hoes put a dome lid on my shake so I could clearly see it was half whipped cream. They could have put a flat lid on it since the shake, whipped cream and cherry didn’t even reach the rim. I would’ve asked for them to make it right, but I’m not having spit in my drink. You’ve been warned. … happy birthday to me

My wife just brought home another cold meal from this location :(… The fries were soggy and the beef patties cold. The cheese wasn’t warm either. We only live 4 minutes from this Sonic too! She loves Sonic, but even said that she wouldn’t be going back to this location. This is the 3^rd time it’s happened…

They gave me a soda that tasted like there was no syrup then argued with me when I came back to get it fixed. They wanted the receipt which I threw away. I left with no new soda. 44 oz of grossness

This Sonic over charges for the half price drinks after 8 pm. When I complained to the manager he said that the prices come down from corporate and there was nothing he could do. I pointed out the prices on the board and he said those prices are wrong. I told him that what he is doing is wrong. When I complained to corporate they referred me back to the same manager and nothing was ever done. Needless to say I no longer shop here.

Being a huge sonic fan, I have gone to this location for over 6 years now. Customer service has become terrible in the past year. With a staff that is rude and sure to mess up your order. I’ve complained to management who is worse than their employees. I once even ordered a 44oz drink that was handed to me half full. (No exaggeration here) Being shorted several items off your order is more common than them getting it right. I wouldn’t be surprised at all if this location gets shut down.

I will NEVER eat at Sonic because of the 2 ass clowns in their commercials!

When we pulled up to the order board, the waitress couldn’t get our order, so she had to come outside and ask us for the order. Not a big problem, but it slowed the ordering speed.
The food tasted similar to other Sonic restaurants. The shakes were more frozen than I expected, maybe because it was cold outside. Nothing too special or unique. 3 stars.

Sonic has green chilis (the vegetable, not green chili, the soup) on their menu as an add-​on for $ 0.50. At any functional Sonic, you can order green chilis added to a burger, chili fries, or whatever else you want.
At this Sonic, when I asked for chili-​cheese fries with green chilis added, the order taker said, «You want green chili instead of regular chili?» I said no, and explained that I wanted green chilis, the vegetable, which is on the add-​on menu, and which I’d had at Sonics before.
This led to a long argument in which the order taker refused to believe that I’d ever had green chilis at a Sonic, that the menu said that (although I was right in front of the menu, looking at the words «green chilis» at the time), or that green chilis (the vegetable, not the soup) actually existed. Then he called over his manager, who reportedly also refuses to believe that green chilis exist, or are listed on the menu. (The manager never spoke over the speaker, so I’m not completely sure the manager exists. The order taker may have been making him or her up, just as he accused me of making up green chilis.)
My advice? Never, ever order anything here. The employees, and possibly even the manager, have no idea what’s on the menu, nor what vegetables exist in the big, wide world.

We went here around 9 the other night and were the only ones through the drive-​thru.
We got two hot dogs, sweet potato tots, and two shakes. The hot dog I ordered was completely soggy and falling apart by the time we got home, which was about 3 minutes away.
The tots were pretty good, but could have been a little hotter.
The shakes were the best part, I enjoyed the M&M pieces in it!

Chili Cheese Tots. Who doesnt love some tots? this is the best thing on the menu by far. It goes well with the chili cheese dog, and a dr. pepper blended float. You will love eating these but immediately regret indulging the it. it will be ok though because the chili helps shoot all the badness through the pipes.
also it is kinda fun when the servers are wearing rollerskates.

I love Sonic! This location does well. They allow you to buy their ice by the bag, which is a nice deal. I like being able to pay with my credit card with the machine under the window. The service is fast and friendly. They have a thing for overfilling shakes, especially if you need a lid on it, so beware.

Had a Chili and Cheese dog last time I was here. Pretty good!
A tip though — get out of the car to eat the Chili and cheese dog. Otherwise there is a very good chance you will wear the chili and cheese on your clothing!

This place is guaranteed to mess up your order. I usually come home with a drive thru order, only to find out that they forgot my fries, or gave me a small when ordered a large. I tried to check my order at the window, and the cashier was very rude, saying they were busy, and I needed to move on. I’ll have to find a different Sonic than this place.

My very first Sonic experience!
Yes I have been exposed for Years out on the east coast to Sonic TV commercials.
Well when Dennis and I made it out to Colorado, one of the things we put down on our «MUST DO» list was to stop and eat at a Sonic.
We picked this one.
When we got there with my two brothers, sister in law and cute little angel niece, Ashley, (see my photos) this Sonic was literally days old of opening.
We enjoyed pulling in in our cars and ordering right at the parking lot, slipping in our credit card right into the magic ATM. It was like the new «old fashioned». So Cool!
Our orders came out all frigged up, but what come out was pretty good and tasty. Not what we ordered, but hell who cares we were at SONIC!
Here is the clincher… ok so we push the magic Sonic order button again to notify them that some of the order was messed up and they never answered. We then tried the neighboring call box. Still nothing.
We waited and waited and waited.
Then sister-​in law pulls out her magic Blackberry and we call them from the parking lot!
They at least answered their phone! SIL reported that the manger said that they were so far behind and so messed up that they stopped taking orders. WTF? Stopped taking orders at 8:30pm?
So no ice cream shakes for dessert. Bummer!
Anyways we had fun despite Sonic’s dysfunctional problems.
Would I go back? Definably!
