Very frustrating. I tried ordering a mocha cookie crumble frap. I was told that they don’t have the necessary ingredients available. I let it slide because it’s not on their menu. But since I was really craving something chocolate-​y I decided to go with a java chip frap instead. Again, they don’t have chocolate chips available. I mean what?! This is a Starbucks location and the java chip frap is part of their regular menu. C’mon. This was a complete joke.

Nice little place. Seems newly built. I only went through the drive-​thru part, which was kinda scary because it seemed like a small little narrow channel. I wonder how big cars get through there? Anyways, the attendant was very kind and helpful. My drink was out right away. I forgot to tell them «no whip» and told them at the window… It wasn’t an issue. All in all a very nice experience.
I’ll update my review if I ever get a chance to go into the building. But If you are on the go, the drive-​thru was pretty easy and convenient. It seem like a pretty clean establishment too.
Cars with a not-​so-​good turning radius have to a 10 point turn if you come in on the side of the drive-​thru entrance. The parking lot has a normal amount of spaces all along the side. Would come back again. In a very nice part of Cerritos/​Lakewood area.

These so called baristas do not know how to make a damn WHITE CHOCOLATE MOCHA!!! At first I let it slide but after the 3rd attempt, basically gave them back the drink that tasted like watered down hot chocolate & asked for a refund! Ugh! Bad enough the waiting time is super long then they mess up your coffee? Go somewhere else! This location sucks!!!

This is a Starbucks inside Vons. Everything here is good. But the map here on Unilocal is so wrong, it said this is located on woodruff and Del Amo. I went there by using cross street but my friends were lead by address so we were at different location.
To Unilocal,please fix the map.

Love this drive thru location but just be aware, IT’S BUSY! Parking is limited and the drive thru always seems busy. It’s also on a very busy street corner which can add to the stress. I still think it’s worth a try since their stuff is always friendly and always gets my drinks right.

Great customer service, but dirty workplace! Couldn’t help but look at the spilled coffees dried on the floor + dirty cups on the floor. A staff member couldn’t take a second to pick it up? Gross! Maybe it could be because it’s a drive thru Starbucks & it probably gets busy, but still– no thank you! Loved the guy who took my order, but can’t handle the filth! I’ll take the next coffee shop, thanks!

Love this place… Never get a bad Chai Tea. However the place gets busy! A good thing, but it shows sometimes later in the afternoon. Need to keep the place tidy!!! Other than that, great service.

Inside the super market — super nice, not crowded, and laid back beach city style. So few of us think of this location unless we are in the store and walk by it. I’m even trying to keep this on my radar because the parking is great.
