Came here today & I don’t usually review but felt that the manager of this location should hear about my experience. This was completely unlike all the Starbucks I’ve been in. When going to Starbucks you can usually count on the usual experience; friendly chipper baristas who greet you and then call out your drinks. They were not busy, but if they were I could understand why the coldness. However nobody greeted me and when I got to the checkout I just got a look, like «what do you want»… He didn’t actually even ask. Didn’t ask my name or if I wanted a receipt even. No «ok that’ll be right up»… Nothing. Which I thought was weird and rude. Then while waiting for my drink I was checking email on my phone to notice a group of like 5 drinks sitting there, mine included. It came out fast but how would I even know because they didn’t announce the drinks by name or drink. Just weird.

My favorite Starbucks to go to! It’s the most spacious one in my area and the customer service is always great! I get my best work done here!

I have come here many times and I have found this place to get quite crowded. You’ll see your regulars who will come in packs and dominate the front space of the store. This location is best if you want to come and grab a drink quickly and leave. Don’t plan to try to study or have a quiet conversation because it just won’t happen at this location. Oh, as an alternative (I know this might sound absurd), if you wan to get some studying done try the Arb’s that is right in front of the Starbucks location, they also have free WiFi and it is fairly peaceful over there.

Tonight I was served by a young man named Eric who had excellent customer service.
He greeted customers as soon as they walked in and even resolved this lady’s issue quickly and politely.

Always very friendly. They can get pretty busy at the drive thru but you’ll always get good service. At least that’s been my experience.
