I would like to personally thank Griselda Rodriguez from The Children’s Place at Lakewood Center Mall in Lakewood, CA. She most definitely went above and beyond and helped me find the pants I needed for my son. She made it easy and even helped more than I can imagine. We need more people like her, to help make shopping experiences worth the trip!!! I felt like I made her job harder, but she made my shopping experience easier as a customer. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR EVERYTHING GRISELDA!!!

Never buy anything from children’s place… Worst return/​exchange policy ever… If you don’t have the receipt because it was a gift you can only exchange it for the exact same item and if they don’t have the item in stock you’re SOL…

I usually like this store but this location is always a mess. I walk in and just walk out because nothing is where it should be and there are just piles of clothes everywhere. It’s the messiest store I have ever seen and I have walked out 4 times due to this. I hope this is fixed soon.

We got some pants for my son’s birthday that we didn’t like, we tried exchanging them for a different style, but unfortunately we did not have a gift receipt. The pants were brand new still with tags and they strictly only allowed to exchange for a different size. Horrible customer service, and horrible return policy.

I was very impressed with their new sales associates, they made my shopping experience delightful. Their product knowledge was also very impressive. I was looking for a shoe I saw online, they didn’t have it in stores. Their sales associate showed me the next best thing. Their cashier was also very friendly she offered to update my account, I’ve never been asked before I didn’t know it was possible. I visited the store in July, 07/​18/​2014 @ 2:37pm to be exact.

I been shopping here for my baby boy since he was 2 years old. i always leave happy with the type of styles they carry. If your looking for an adolescent store and with good prices? then search no more; not to mention the awesome coupons they send you via email (make sure u sign up). Also, a tip of advice; shop on thursdays. Everything is always 35% off and plus coupons you save over 50%…hmmm saving money??? my type of store =) i didn’t give it 5 stars since they are only few stores in Southern CA. We need more locations lol!

Great deals on good quality clothes. Sign up with your email address to receive coupons of up to 30%. Finding the sizes you need can be a problem, so shop wisely; grab winter apparel in the fall, summer apparel in the spring, etc.
