I sent a friend there yesterday to get a copy of insurance for her car. Five people were working and gave her a hard time and charged her $ 2.25 for the copy. I appreciate being able to do business locally however not at the cost of decorum and racketeering.

Staff always happy, cheerful, and above-​and-​beyond helpful. I love the location and its a pleasure to interact with the staff.

Walking in, I’m greeted immediately (or almost immediately if it’s busy) by one or several of the staff. They now know my box and can remember if I have oversized mail.
The staff is always friendly and amenable and are more than willing to address any issues that arise.
I haven’t used their mailing services heavily but when I have, the service has been outstanding. The staff addresses my concerns (i.e. mailing packages internationally, weight).
If they have time, they’ll even answer obscure questions such as «what is the fabric muppets are made of?»
The entire staff goes above and beyond what is necessary to have a good customer experience. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
