Love this place. They have an amazing breakfast menu. My 5 year old always asks to go here. Very family oriented.

Excellent service by Terry! She was fast, friendly and efficient. The biscuits and gravy were divine. I will return next time I am in town.

Tonight was not a very good night for Village Inn. As soon as my girlfriend and I sat down our waitress walked by and we overheard her say she was about to leave in 2 minutes. Apparently there’s a problem with the cook tonight and he quit. the presentation of the food was horrible with charred pieces of food mixed in with our plate. an extra plate was brought to us so that we could share the order of french toast but the plate was dirty and we set it aside. Although I eat half of my food I forced it down because I just felt sick to my stomach not knowing what the cook may have done to our food out of his anger. The manager on duty was very apologetic and seem to embarrassed. Our table and many others received a 20 percent discount which was nice but I really just wanted to have a good meal so I was left disappointed.

I love Village Inn, but this location was beyond terrible. We went there for dinner on Mother’s Day, and surprisingly enough they weren’t super busy or anything. We were seated, and our server was a young man named Tyler. Immediately, Tyler gave off a really bad vibe, and seemed to have an attitude. When he finally got around to us, he asked us what we wanted to order and drink. We ordered a chocolate milk, strawberry lemonade and two of the nashville skillets(I think they were called.) Both with no onions, mine with no gravy. First thing that went wrong was my drink. My strawberry lemonade was simply the soda water and strawberries. I could tell right away because it was crystal clear. I tasted just in case, and then politely mentioned when he came back that I thought they were out of lemonade and my drink was just the soda water. He took my drink and checked the syrup bag in the back. Then he returned and gave me water, without asking if I wanted anything else or apologizing. It was fine, no big deal. We waited for our food and as we did we watched Tyler speak rudely to the people behind us, slam plates and silverware around as he was cleaning up tables, and almost hit a lady in the back with a tray full of food. The whole time he just looked mad. When he did bring us our food, mine had the gravy on it. He didn’t even set it down in front of me, he just took it back, which was fine. I ate my half-burnt pancakes quietly and waited. By the time my boyfriend was done with his meal, mine came out, with onions and gravy on it, again. At this point I was just so frustrated, we left. The young man who took our bill was the only decent person and took my meal off the bill because I didn’t even eat it. We will NOT be returning to this location nor will we recommend it to anyone. I have never in my life walked out of a restaurant like that before and am super disappointed with my experience.

My family and I just had dinner here this evening and we found a squished moth in one of our salads. We showed the manager(Meghan) and all she did was make excuses. Then she only took off one sandwich from our bill. As a former server(I served after high school through college) every manager that I ever worked for would have gone above and beyond to fix it and make sure that those customers came back. Meghan did not. She handled it very poorly And we will never go back.

We were very impressed with the quick and pleasant food service Clea served us. The store manager was very present, and made sure that everything of our meals was made to perfection. This was my first time at a Village Inn, and I can say for sure that I’ll be making this location my go-to one!

I don’t know where to begin in describing how terrible this Village Inn has become. Everytime I have gone there in the past 3 years, the service and food becomes worse! This last time, we received poor service from Bethany. She gave us attitude when we asked her to correct things that she messed up. The ticket was wrong and they tacked on 20% gratuity! It took 45 minutes to receive our food and my friends vegetables and potatoes in her skillet were Raw. Completely Raw. The general manager came out to talk to us and told us: if you want your vegetables more cooked than that you have to tell the server to have them cooked more. Are you serious? You have to tell the cooks to cook your raw vegetables and potatoes. We will not be back. This was the straw on the camels back! BEWARE!

I’ve eaten here before and it’s been good. Today, it’s terrible. My cum is thicker than this gravy. The pancakes are cold. The omelette is runny, and the chicken fried steak tasted like it’s 2 years old and just microwaved. I’m in the bathroom throwing up and that tastes better than this food.

Love Village Inn but this location is terrible. Our breakfast was a comedy of errors and at the end of the day just bad food. Bacon was terrible. Yes they found a way to screw up bacon. Our food took a very long time to come out. They were out of coffee mugs so my coffee came in a glass. The manager was ambivalent about my dissatisfaction. Won’t stop me from going to Village Inn but will stop me from going to this location. Terrible.

Do not go here on «Free pie» Wednesday if you want to be served promptly or if you want hot food. After finally ordering my food it took 20 minutes to prepare and when it was served it was nearly cold. They did not bring the toast with the meal. The waitress said she would bring the toast 3 separate times. When they finally brought the toast, it was very cold. All in all a bad experience, a meal best forgotten.

Mmmm! Yummy & Quick! Our server was Terry … the Grandmother of another worker, she performed magic! She was quick & attentive! The food was perfect! Very moist omlet, lovely California skillet and great pancakes & waffles! Keep up the great work!

I was really looking forward to a hearty helping of their«grownup grilled cheese,» but they used regular white bread instead of the toasted Parmesan bread, and the serving of fries on the side was pitifully small. Didn’t really hit the spot.

Service was exceptionally slow and non existent. Meals were over cooked and cold from sitting waiting to be brought out. Nobody seemed to care when we let the cashier know about our experience. We will not be coming back. The manager of this establishment needs to look at the reviews they are getting and make changes to procedures and hire some cooks who know what they are doing.

I have been to this Village Inn many many times and always order the Strawberries and Banana Supreme French toast. I also have eaten in Village Inns in Wyoming and other parts of Colorado ordering this same French Toast with delight. Today… however my experience was disappointing at best. I posted pictures of the before with the old cooks and the second attempt at the same French toast by the new cooks. There is a big difference. I could not even eat it due to the soggy undercooked bread. I had them bring me eggs over easy with toast. There were shells served with the eggs. I had one more egg over easy brought to me, and took a bite and crunched into more egg shells. Why on Why couldn’t you find a way to keep the cooks that delighted me for months.

At 11:30 there aren’t too many places serving food on this side of town, So Robin said, ‘hey you cant really screw up breakfast can you?” So we ventured out to Village Inn for some good ol’ fashion breakfast for late night dinner. Well, it started off ok, very attentive server and quite friendly. But then our food arrived. Robin ordered the Ultimate Skillet which arrived COLD I ordered the Santa Fe Breakfast Burrito which also arrived COLD. We would have loved to let our server know, hoping she was returning with more hot water for my tea — which I asked for when she brought our food, but she disappeared and there was NOONE in the restaurant to ask for help. In between us ordering and getting our food we had a table sat right next to us with two, excuse my language, hoochies. They were VERY rude to our server and treated her like dirt! I am assuming that the reason our waitress fell off the radar was due to this other table of extremely rude teenage girls who intimidated her away from our area. Our server did however, attend to the other tables across the room with the same attentiveness and friendly attitude we received upon arrival. I guess we got the short end of the stick when it came to where our table was positioned. However, this still does not explain the reason our food was TERRIBLE!

:(got some togo for the work peoples here… No silverware, no napkins, and missing items. I don’t like going back to a place to get food forgotten and I don’t like calling to complain! I went back to get the items I had a problem with and got not one apology but excuses… and no silverware or napkins… Service terrible, but food was decent. Won’t be using this place for togo orders again!
