I first started coming here when they opened in 2011. Every massage I have received here is excellent! They pride themselves on hiring very talented and experienced therapists and it shows. I love that you can get different modalities of massage for the same price as a regular massage. A lot of other places would charge you extra for things like hot stone or aromatherapy. Plus, Well-being concepts can bill your health insurance as physical therapy! Definitely worth checking out!

Sandy is great! I have gotten a number of massages and she will go aggressive or use a lighter touch depending on what you communicate. She is very professional and kind. Sandy has worked wonders on my neck and shoulders! I highly recommend her.

I wasn’t very impressed. The woman that gave me my massage was really good, but the environment was not. I was freezing the entire time, and the overhead lights were on. I felt like I was in an office. There was an entire conversation that was going on just outside the door the entire massage, and I could hear every single word, even down to the dog park conversation, so I was never fully relaxed. When I flipped over onto my stomach, there is a metal bar that goes across the face rest so it was pressed up against my nose and mouth the whole time.

I have been going to Well Being Concepts for a couple years now and enjoy the service. The therapist was very professional. We discussed what I was looking for in the massage, injuries, sore joints, health concerns, along with how much pressure to use. I was surprised that she could tell something was bothering just by touch. She also made recommendations for home remedies for the arthritis in my knee. The office is clean and relaxing. I would highly recommend Well Being, they are affordable and the take insurance if you have coverage.

I have been a regular at well being concepts for almost three years. I love the fact that they combine massage and physical therapy. Sandra knew I had chronic low back pain and she suggested getting a script from my PCP for a physical therapist through well being concepts. I had already suffered through three expensive and useless pain management shots in my lower back so I took her advice. The result was the best physical therapy connection I am ever likely to have. Now I can walk upright without pain and when I have chronic pain in any other part of my body I can talk about it with Sandra and get exercises and stretches that put me back on track. The massages help too!!!

A great place for a relaxing massage. I am an over-50 serious athlete and Well-Being helps me to recover from and prevent injuries. Rates are quite reasonable too.

I was originally drawn in by a coupon for 260 Minute Massages for $ 89. I told my masseuse, Crystal, that my lower back had been bothering me all day and when she told me she was going to focus on my neck and shoulders, I immediately told her that I would much prefer her to concentrate on the part of my body that was giving me the most trouble, my lower back. The massage began with her lightly massaging my neck and shoulders, and never went further than that. She never once asked if she was doing a good job or if I was in pain, etc. Eventually my lower back was, at that point, throbbing with pain because she and her equipment had placed my body in a position that was putting an enormous amount of stress on my lower back. Not to mention she was ignoring the one place I had asked her to focus on. Finally, I told her that it was hurting really bad. Ignoring the possibility that I might actually need more padding under my ankles to make sure my back was flat; she took away all the padding that I had under my ankles. She still continued to give me a light and almost«no tissue» massage, never massaging the ONEPART of my body that I had asked her to focus on and now had told her was bothering me significantly. She finished the massage having never once massaged my hurt back in an entire 50 minute session. When the massage was over and she wanted her money, she did ask if it was a good massage. I told her my back still really hurt. She blew off my response and placed the blame on the fact that I had not had a massage in a couple of months. She never once asked if there was something she could do better next time or even thought about all the other factors that could have led to my painful experience. Not only would I never want to waste my time or another dime on a second massage, I would suggest that anyone that has ever had more than one professional
