I called and made an appointment over the phone on a Wednesday, and booked a Friday appointment with Tracy. I brought my two dogs — a maltese and a chihuahua mix — over at 8:30 a.m. Tracy called me less than two hours later to tell me both my angels were groomed and ready to go! I’ve never worked with such a fast groomer. She was very careful to ask in advance about what kind of grooming I wanted, and she delivered exactly that. She did a marvelous job, and both of my boys looked perfect.
Tracy seems very kind and gentle, just the sort of person you want to work with your precious pets. I will be bringing my little ones back to her again and again!
