I had them come out and tow my truck today, 8÷25÷15. They hooked it up and bent my steering stabilizer shock and it started leaking fluid all down tow truck bed, trying not to own up to it they say it was all ready bent, excuse me I can’t drive vehicle at all with that messed up. My truck has a different problem it wouldn’t start, they are idiots! I will never use them again and I will make sure my friends and the company I work for finds a better tow company.

Thank you so much for the speedy arrival of your tow truck. The truck arrived within minutes of me calling for a quote and my Dad was safe home within 10 minutes of the call. They even made his truck drivable again so my Dad can drive it to a body shop. Thanks for the speedy rescue and Happy Holidays!

Should be called Devil’s Touch. January 14, 2013, Angel’s Touch tried tow my car from my apartment complex for being parked in a fire lane. I, and the sheriff on scene explained that the area in which I was parked didn’t meet the criteria of a fire lane, according the the California vehicle code 22500.1. After an argument with the owner, John, he charged me $ 75 to release the vehicle. Sheriff advised me to pay it and take them to court. Turns out several laws were violated: 1. It wasn’t a fire lane and they had no right to attempt a tow. 2. The name of this company wasn’t listed on the sign at the front of the property stating which towing companies had the owner’s legal permission to be on the property. 3. I arrived at the vehicle prior to them having it hitched to the tow truck, in which case they should have«immediately and unconditionally» moved away from my vehicle(he actually attached it and lifted it off the ground while I was sitting in it). 4. John threatened to «punch [me] out» if I didn’t stop recording him while I was asking him to explain why he was trying to tow my vehicle. I called them the next morning to request a refund. The other owner, Angelina, was rude, thought she knew the law, and refused to refund my money. I sent a letter, and they never responded, so we ended up in court. The owners told multiple lies in court. Their 16 year old son, who was working on the truck when the incident happened(around 1AM), gave his testimony and he lied too. I delivered facts and pointed out the numerous violations of the law. The judge awarded me damages approximately double what I originally paid to Angel’s Touch. My advice: Knowing that the owners of Angel’s Touch are unprofessional and dishonest, I would avoid dealing with them voluntarily. If you have to deal with them involuntarily, make sure you know you vehicle codes, and be sure to get the sheriff to come to the scene. According to the sheriff officer who came to my incident, Angel’s Touch has quite a negative reputation. Buyers beware.

My apartment complex towed my car. When I called to get the details, the dispatcher for Angels Touch was a huge idiot. Had she correctly told me that if I no longer wanted the car, all I needed to do was bring in the keys and the pink I would have given it to them. Thanks to this incompetent dispatcher, I decided to get the car out to sell so now I’ve got a cool 5k sitting in my savings account. Thanks, lady. It’s really annoying that you have to call them to get somebody to drive over to Angels Touch to open the door and assist you during business hours. But the man that came was very nice, very accommodating. He made the entire process so much better. As a tip, it’s important now your rights. Towing companies have certain policies that they need to follow, required by California law. At first, we were told they accept cash only to get a car out but once we pointed out that the law states differently, he let us use a credit card.
