Excellent displays on time delivery excellent customer service. Manager was quick to fix an issue I had with a ballon in my daughters birthday arrangement. The staff when above and beyond to make sure the problem was not only corrected but also did so with a sense of urgency. I had a wonderful experience my daughter was thrilled and so was I

I’m seriously so pissed off. I ordered a large fruit bouquet and a balloon to be delivered on 3⁄3 by 4pm to a business for my aunts birthday and they never showed up. At 4:30 I called them and they told me they’d deliver asap to her house. Well she never got them. They didn’t even let me know. Today I call in the morning (9 am) and ask what happened. They said oh sorry it’s a missed delivery. After I already spoke to the driver that was on his way on 3⁄3. Then she said they’d send them today asap. 5:30pm today ¾ she still hasn’t gotten it. I call again. They say driver was going to her next. Well it’s 8:06 and she still hasn’t gotten them and they are closed. Lol how convenient. I will never order from them again. Worst experience ever. Awful customer service and straight out liars!!! Way to ruin someone’s birthday two days in a row!

Totally agree with Brooke. I called the store and was told to Oder online. When asked about how long does it take I was told 15 – 30 mins. I placed my order. I arrived 45 mins later, providing ample time and stood at the counter for 30 mins with no one attending the front of the store. I could have wiped out the store and no one would have known. If I hadn’t already paid, I would have left. So sad people start a business to achieve the American Dream and people like this ruin it

I have ordered two arrangements from this location and both times I have been satisfied. They are quite expensive and delivery is an extra charge. They are delivered the date requested (not sure about how they do on holidays such as mothers day though) before 7 pm I believe. Both of the ones that I had delivered arrived before 3 pm though. I wish they had some kind of tracking system so you would know at what time the arrangements were out for delivery and at what time they arrive, but sadly they have no such service.

Ive ordered with them before… Better than the palmdale location for sure. but the few times ive gone in to order i seem to get help from a short hispanic asian with glasses sweet beautiful girl always helpful. and a tall white girl. Ive been noticing their fruit isnt looking too well these past couple of months… I ordered and arrangement and my strawberries were MOLDED and dipped in chocolate… The cantaloupe and honeydew were soo slimy. Idk if id ever go back and pay over 70 $ of bad fruit…

When I went inside there was no one at the counter and I stood around and waited. I could hear them in the back talking loud and cursing. 5 minutes later someone finally decided to come to the front. If the order wasn’t already paid for I would have left. Besides that, my fruit was really good and the girl that did help me was nice.

I ordered a arrangement for my mother last Thursday. I placed my order at 8am and the arrangement was ready to be delivered by 11am. The customer service was excellent. My mom wasn’t home but the arrangement was delivered again within10 minutes of me making a follow up call. The fruit was fresh and delicious. The staff went above and beyond to help me with all of my question.

Good customer service… just thought they are kinda spendy specially if the fruits are on season anyways… but they are fun and yummy to look at. I guess you have to pay some if you want someone to do things and deliver it for u.

I love edible arrangements and think they are very fun to give as gifts. My family absolutely loves them and its a perfect gift to give to all ages. I don’t live in the area, but my family does so I love to order online and have them deliver an edible arrangement to my family. This store has been amazing with getting them delivered on time and fresh! I’ve only heard great things about their arrangments. I found out they had to re-​do one that I ordered as a birthday/​anniversay gift and I really really appreciate it. They called my brother to pick it up after they couldn’t deliver it and (being my brother) he forgot and when he went in to get it, they made a fresh one. I really appreciate that type of service. I’ve only ordered from this store in Lancaster and have been very satisfied. Highly recommend this store!
