Eye Center of Lancaster County Dr Philip Schwartz

This place was recommended to me by my sister who goes to the Leola branch and love it, so I thought I would give it a try. The first time I called this branch the receptionist was very rude when making my appointment. When it came time for my appointment I walked in to find the same rude receptionist who wasn’t any nicer in person. When I got into the exam room the Dr’s assistant was was very to the point and not to pleasant either. The dr on the other hand was amazing! Very nice and friendly wish I could have dealt with him more instead of his assistant. When it came time to pick out my glasses the lady who helped me was beyond amazing she was the only nice one there besides the dr. When it came time to check out they didn’t tell me anything about what my insurance covered and paid which I thought was an outrageous amount. Came back in 2 weeks later for my contact fitting to the same rude office staff and assistant. Not sure I will come back here for an eye exam.
