These guys are the main distributer of Lupine lights in US. I have order many lupine lights with them and William far surpass my expectations in customer services. Not only do they carry the best lights, they have the best customer care and warranty issues.

Despite being a cyclist for 40 years, I had not used this shop previously but decided to give it a try. I used this shop for a repair of a 13 year old Trek 27 speed road bike. I commute about 10 miles into Lancaster with 20 – 30 pounds of work related items.
I was seeking to have a faulty front shifter diagnosed and repaired but I also agreed to a general tuneup. The work performed was excellent but the timeliness left something to be desired. I was expecting the bike back in 2 days. While doing the tuneup, they diagnosed a failing bottom bracket which they replaced after consulting with me. Although I had clearly stated that I thought I had broken the front shifter control, they did not diagnose this issue until a Friday night more than a day after identifying the bottom bracket problem. And they did not order the replacement part until the following week. As a result it was nearly 10 days before I got the bike back.
So why am I so satisfied?
Because they took responsibility for the delay. They did not charge me for labor – just parts. I suggested that we split the difference but they would agree to charge me anything for labor. This demonstrates extraordinary integrity.
I will use them again.
Oh, and the bottom bracket does run smoother than it did before

These Guys run a great shop. I have used numerous bicycle shops through my 31 years of avidly riding. They are enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. Just great friendly customer service. I Look forward to using them in the future.
