If only there were zero stars! I took my son to this urgent care because it was too late to use Summit in Palmdale. I called to make sure they took private insurance and drove to the facility. It is DIRECTLY next to the prison. I do not think that the patients were prisoners, but they were some scary people. You have to pull a number from a butcher-​style red number dispenser. The number is used to call you back to triage. We waited just over an hour to be called back to triage! In total we were there over 3 hours. The doctor really was great (very brief) but the nurses are cranky and very disconnected.
