Olde Time Termite Control

This business earned five stars based on the service they provided for us. We needed a termite inspection asap and Tami from olde time came out the following day. Their price was great and the inspection document was emailed the same day to myself and escrow. Fantastic!!! The only con was she was 10 minutes late. (I am a stickler for punctuality) I would definitely recommend them!

Wow! This review is a LONG time coming! In fact, when they did our work for us I didn’t even KNOW Unilocal!!!They came to our home in Cypress over 2 years ago! And when it came time for us to sell our home and get a termite inspection I remembered we already had one so I gave Old Time another call. And when I went to look them up on Unilocal I couldn’t believe they hadn’t been reviewed already! These guys are So exceptional! Honest! Excellent customer service and all that! We had 2 other estimates in the thousands. They ‘others’ said we needed to be tented! Not Old Time! They said, oh no, your trouble is localized, we should be able to eradicate those pests in no time. And they did! Over two years later the home is in escrow getting inspected and uh oh, evidence of termites. So I pull out our paperwork from Old Time and given em a call, they show up a couple days later and bam! Dead termites! NO CHARGE!!! And they gave us a complete inspection to hand in to escrow for hundreds less that escrow had quoted us! WOW! These folks are the bomb! Showed up on time not only for the estimate but also for the service. Tamy and Bobby were very nice, very professional. I can’t recommend them highly enough! They may be in Lancaster, but they seem to go everywhere! Given them a call! You won’t be disappointed!!! Thank you Old Time! You guys are da bomb!
