Two Cousins Pizza and Italian Restaurant

Love the food, love the people. Very friendly and definitely great pizza. The staff at Two Cousins is very attentive and we’re continously checking to make sure clients were happy. I highly recommend this place.

This is probably the nicest and best pizza place in Lancaster. The staff is very nice too.

I used to visit the Oregon Pike location every week (I worked in the area) and I always had a great experience. I’ve only been to the location on Columbia twice but I won’t be back. The place is always empty and both times my food was terrible. This time I asked if they would remake it (chicken Caesar wrap was all chicken so I asked if they would add lettuce) and they came back with a sloppy plate with brown lettuce stuffed in the half eaten wrap. I ended up asking to have it taken off the bill and I felt uncomfortable like I had done something wrong. There’s too many pizza joints in the area for them to offer sub-​par food and mediocre service.

We’ve been ordering take out since they opened. In fact, my husband and I loved it so much we would sometimes order it twice a week. Over the last 6 months to a year, we have been less than thrilled with our food. We have learned not to order anything fried because it either taste freezer burnt, undercooked or too tough. Other food items seem to taste bland with cheaper ingredients.
The menu was recently expanded but the quality was declining before that. I fear now the quality has diminished further. After our most recent order, we will stick to what we know is usually good like the cold subs and salads. I hope we don’t continue to have disappointing meals because the other choices for take-​out are far worse. I have my fingers crossed that reviews like this will make an impact.

As of January 2015, I have no idea what happened here. I used to recommend Two Cousins to everybody in my neighborhood… I live 5 minutes away. Last year I even had my birthday dinner here with about a dozen family members and the service and food was outstanding. (Usually we get takeout, so hadn’t experienced the service dining in very often.)
But over the past couple months it’s taken a sudden and drastic decline. The last few times we got takeout resulted in:
— Jalapeño poppers that appeared burned but were actually undercooked inside. (As a former restaurant worker, I know this is indicative of old frying oil that hasn’t been changed in a while.)
— A chicken parm sub on which the cheese was just this thick plastic-​y strip sitting on top that I peeled away, because it was inedible.
— A cheesesteak with underbaked, squishy bread (the chicken parm sub was the same with the bread)
— Undercooked stromboli filled with poor quality cheese and barely any meat.
Overall, the quality is just not there anymore. The bread has especially become greasy and chewy/​soggy.
We’ll probably give it some time and try again in a couple months, just because it’s in such a convenient location and the quality used to be there… but if it’s more of the same I think we’ll have to retire it as an option.

The best local pizza place! Great food, prices, and service! They offer a variety of options when it comes to pizza! The pizza is always fresh and the service is outstanding!

Good prices. Good subs and pizza. Good basic Italian food. We come here often. Try it. You will like it. Carry out window too.
