Alex and his team were absolutely incredible during my mother’s cremation process. In a situation that is already stressful enough, they made it so much easier. Someone always answered the phone, and even if they couldn’t help you right away, they made sure you call you right back. It was hard for me to be there because I am other the other side of the country, but I highly recommend their services should you find yourself in a similar situation. Very, very, VERY kind people. Alex Diaz provided me with excellent service. He also came to the home for signatures which was beyond his call of duty. We also requested from him if he could expedite the cremation since I had family coming from out of town and wanted the urn to be available. He made the passing of my husband and father a little easier to bear… Well done Alex would recommend him to anyone. Plus he is considerable reasonable in comparison to other business in AV
