This is your average drive-in, drive-out oil change place. I had a Groupon for a conventional oil change for $ 19.99(go get it, it saves $ 15) so I stopped in after work. They told me about all the things I «need» for optimal performance but didn’t push them at all. Unfortunately as I drove out, a nail went into my tire and I turned around after half a mile and came back for help. They didn’t have a plug so one of the guys drove out to buy one, plugged the tire and sent me off without charging me for it. The guys are funny and very nice, and were apologetic about my tire. Five stars for the TLC and Groupon.

My fiancé stopped here on his way home from work in Coatesville and had his oil changed. The oil light was on and he asked the tech if it was safe to drive and was told it was ok to drive and that«it won’t seize or anything. 10 miles later the engine seized and now he has to pay thousands for a new engine. He has been trying to dea with Valvoline for weeks about this but they keep giving him the run around. Henry, the store manager, has been less than helpful or professional. I do not recommend going here unless you’re ok with paying thousands possibly for repairs after.

Service adequate… but will try and sell you more and do it before you approve. Make sure you review bill before saying yes to anything!
