Waffle House

Firstly and last time I visit a Waffle House. They have awful customer service, they didn’t have the things on the menu (offered me a specialty waffle and said they will not have the syrup until 3 hours later :-/​). Bad experience… should have gone to the Cracker Barrel half a block away.

Came in to WH for a bite to eat and was greeted by excellent service immediately. Throughout the entire visit the staff was extremely customer service focused. Food was prepared quickly and correctly and follow up service was very good. Great job by this team

Customer service is horrible when you call in they put the phone down and began chatting Smdh. The food is awesome as normal they just need a better server. Overall I Woudnt come back

This was my first time going to Waffle House and I was really excited after friends said it was very good, and I LOVE waffles. Well when we first walked in some of the tables were dirty, and we found a clean table to sit down. No staff acknoledged us for at least five minutes thats when the waitress came over to us. the staff was only very young females in there early teens to twenties, very unprofessional, loud, and without any customer service skills at all. So remember if you decide to go that this is a DINER, nothing more. The food was very good though, I had waffles, hashbrowns. they were out of onions so I couldnt get the smothered ones off the menu, but I ordered ham, coffee, and my fiancé ordered a cheeseburger. After the waitress brought our food she left the restaurant with anothe staff member and did not come back until we were finished eating. I wanted another cup of coffee but no one ever came back to ask. Needless to say we wont be going back. The three stars were for the food!!!

This being my first time going to the Waffle House, I have to say I am impressed. When we first arrived here, two girls said «welcome» and then a couple of the cooks said «welcome». It was a loud yet nice way to be greeted. I had the Texas bacon melt special and my wife the grilled chicken breakfast meal. I was impressed with the taste of those two dishes. The seasoning on the chicken was very good. We also ordered one waffle to share. I tried the waffle without any butter or syrup first to really taste it. Very impressive! I liked the taste a lot. The only negative, this is a smoking restaurant. I don’t have a problem with those who smoke, but I do not like the smoke indoors, so that was a downer for me personally. I hope the food quality at other Waffle House location is as good as it was on this one. I am a fan!

Yes Waffle House. I have been a fan of this chain since my husband and I first visited one while we were visiting good friend in Beavercreek, OH.
Simple good olé diner café. Reasonable price and good food. How can you go wrong there. We’ve visited this location twice since it’s right around corner from our house. Last time we went I ordered Chicken melt and my husband ordered hamburger and side order eggs. It was both good. I was pleasantly surprised with their Chicken melt. full of flavors. Unlike the bland ones that I got in the past from different restaurants. All I know is they need to put one in Southern California. They will definitely do well.
