I had made the mistake of buying a Walmart HP-15 pc and within days of buying it I knew I made a mistake. The unit did things that gave the impression it had a mind of it’s own. After contacting the BBB and CA&PA attorney generals to make HP repay the entire purchase amount versus the 2/3rds of the purchase price. So we needed a new PC. Went on staples website and found a Toshiba C55-C5270 maked down from $ 549.99 to $ 379.99. Plus the tech«Evan«was very, very helpful explaining windows 10 versus 8.1. He went through extended warranties that were available(opted not to since unit was fairly inexpensive) however now how the unit at home and set up I can assure everyone that compared to a ASUS or HP unit, this basic satellite unit is a quantum leap above what either of them manufacture. I have always been pleased with every transaction I have done at this store and the staff has always been available and helpful. Nothing like what the other posters say. Thank you Evan and Staples, I’ll be back soon.

If you’re just going in to get something like pens, paper, printer ink, or blank DVDs this is a good store. The employees however are not helpful, could care less about customers, and all look and act as though they would rather be anywhere else than working at staples.

Went to the print center, within 30 seconds it was obvious that it was going to be a horrible experience. It wasn’t even the denile of request that was infuriating. It was the staff members attitude. Kinkos it is from now on.

If someone says«Have a nice day» and you just walk by them without acknowledging them, then you are a jack-ass. Nobody needs unfriendly curmudgeons frequenting their establishment. Work out that attitude skippy. Staples is convenient and most of the employees there are friendly, but not always the customers as evidence by Jim’s review below. I don’t work for Staples, nor do I frequent it often, but after I saw the«review» by Jim I had to leave my own review. Don’t be a jerk like Jim, ask for help up front if you don’t find anybody walking around. Be a decent person and we can all have better lives. If you come across this, take a look at the guy’s review below. He only leaves one star reviews. Click on his name and take a look. This is what’s wrong with society. Everyone else’s fault for your misery.

At approximately 11:15 this morning, I went to the Langhorne, PA store to purchase a desk chair. After 15 minutes of looking at the chairs, I was unable to find any sales associate who could tell me if the chair I wanted was in stock, so I decided to leave. As I was leaving the store, the female employee at the cash register/customer service desk(blonde hair, not natural) said«Have a nice day.» Then, as I started to walk out the door, she said«Or not.» I stopped and asked her what she said. She said«I said, ‘Have a nice day,’» I asked what she said after that and she said«I said. ‘Or not.’» I asked her to call the store manager and she would not do so. Instead she started reciting a list of different managers at the store. Finally, the male employee at the next register picked up the phone and called the manager, a man identified as Bill. I told Bill what had happened, told him I would no longer patronize the store as long as people like the female cashier worked there and I left. I have been a long time Staples customers, going back at least 30 years to when the stores first appeared in the Philadelphia metropolitan area. I do not go to any stores to hear the«clever» remarks of employees, nor do I go there to be the objects of their derisive remarks. As I told the store manager, Staples has lost me as a customer. There are alternatives so I refuse to do business with any company who employs people such as the cashier I encountered this morning.
