While I love Papa John’s, this is one of the worst Papa John’s franchises you can go to. The staff is poorly-​trained and lazy and shutting its doors way to early. I would recommend Sciarrino’s Pizza in Darby is you are looking for a really tasty pie.

I ordered three pizzas and the cheese was smashed to one side of the box, and when I called to complain about it, they didn’t even care never again !!!

This place sucks. I got a medium pizza for $ 3.99 on a Tuesday special and even getting that special again will not entice me to come back. Peyton Manning may know football, but he sure as heck doesn’t know a good pizza!

I placed an order online to get the discounted pizza rate. This was the ABSOLUTE WORST pizza I have ever had. The crust was dark brown, almost burnt, waaay too much sauce and literally barely any cheese at all. It wasn’t even worth eating. Of course I didn’t realize all this until the delivery guy was gone or else I would have sent it right back. Anytime my daughter doesn’t gobble pizza up then there’s a problem and she barely finished 1slice. Needless to say I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!!! What a total waste of money.

Order was totally screwed up… called «manager» said we got what we ordered. .then was hung up on after trying to get them to bring correct pizza. Will never go there again

When they opened up, a man who looked like Papa John was working at the pizza toppings. My order was fouled up and I waited another 15 minutes, a total of 30 minutes; paid full price with no discount for the extra waiting. When we order half the amount of cheese for delivery, we often get the full grilled cheese treatment! Best Quality does not goof often, so they are our first choice. That sums up how i feel.

On June 8th I ordered a mushroom pizza from Pappa Jonh’s in Lansdowne and it was such a pleasant experience! The girl who answered the phone was so sweet & accomodating and I could hear as she spoke to the other team members how nice they were. My pizza was delivered quickly by an equally pleasant woman. The pizza was DELICIOUS and so fresh and hot. The leftovers were even delicious cold the next day from the frig. I was very impressed by the whole experience. And as for the reviewer before me who has had bad root canal experiences he should go to Williamsburg Dental. They have the best office and are SO gentle & kind. I NEVER feel any pain there.

I desperately try not to order from the «Big 3» pizza chains. Let’s face it, Pizza Hut, Domino’s, and Papa John’s are not known for their gourmet pizza. In the Philly area there are literally dozens of places that have a better tasting pie.
Having said that, of the three Papa John’s is by far the best. So I guess you can say it’s the best of the worst.
I give them credit for quantity of toppings. Also of all their pies, the carnivore pies tend to be the best. They are certainly better than a root canal appointment!

This is my delivery location… and I order Papa John’s a good amount. The pizza is consistently good, more or less on time, and I like that they’re generous with their toppings. I’ve ordered from other locations and it just didn’t seem as fresh.
The delivery guy is pretty chill, too.
