David Cervantes, the Project Manager, and his crew, Larry and Jesse, did a fine job. They were respectful, completed the work in a timely fashion, and cleaned up after themselves. I am pleased with the service we received.

This review is about the crew that did the work — I truly give terry 5 stars for him and his crew. the 3 stars is for the system — as I will review and update my post after some time goes by, as it was just installed. Terry Ortiz and his crew, spent the better part of a day and half in my crawlspace. Removing old insulation and general debris, prior to installing a clean space system and pump. All members of his crew were very professional and were very knowledgeable of the products that they were installing. Terry explained the system to me, and squashed any reserve concerns I had. He even went over a couple of area’s where I had some concerns. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for this kind of service. thank you Terry. - I will post further review of this product later on — give it some time, as it was just installed.

I would give zero stars if I could. I would never again deal with Ayers. I have had many problems. First, the exterior drain to the sump was put in the wrong place(in a low spot). They moved it but only another 15 feet – not far enough to avoid water in my yard so I had a private contractor do it(which Ayers eventually paid, albeit reluctantly). Then, I had water in my crawlspace. Turns out Ayers put the interior sump in the wrong place(not in the lowest spot). They eventually moved it. Now, most recently my sump pump burned out. Again, I had water in the crawlspace. Called them up on January 23. They said it would be FEB17 until they could come out unless I paid $ 195 for an «emergency call» They had be over a barrel with water in the crawlspace so I agreed to pay the $ 195. Turns out my pump was burned out after less than 18 months. They told me the sump pump had a 3 year warranty but their«policy» was that they would only replace it within one year if I didn’t have it inspected. Trouble is, they inspected it when they moved it 5 months earlier. It was up to me, they said, for me to contact the manufacturer. When I contacted the manufacturer I was told they wouldn’t deal with the end consumer but the installer/actual purchaser needed to call them. I wish I had never dealt with them. They make repeated mistakes and I have been treated as though it was my fault all these issues occurred. Avoid in my opinion!

We had a basement waterproofing system installed Dec. 2&3, 2014. The crew was great. They worked quickly and efficiently. I was not home when the work was done(my boyfriend was) so when the location of the discharge changed, the crew leader was willing to speak to me on the phone to explain everything to me. He also answered every question that came up during the process, came back after hours to pick up our paperwork when I was able to be home, and dealt with our horrible neighbor. Prior to the work being done, Tia was able to work with us on the financing available through MSUFCU. The interest rate provided through Ayers and MSU was over 10% lower than through our credit union. Since the work has been completed, we now use our basement daily as it has become a livable space. I would highly recommend Ayers. You get what you pay for.

Ayers did a outstanding job lifting my concrete driveway at my cottage. They used the latest foam lifting system. My 2 car driveway in front of my garage was lifted about 1 inch. One detail I liked is the lifted the center and the edges to allow for the water to run off. The holes they made were so small. I highly recommend Ayers!

I am only giving 4 stars because I have never had to have a basement waterproofed. BUT, when the estimate was given, the salesman said I probably didn’t need to have the basement waterproofed as the drainage was excellent, I insisted because the basement was going to be my workshop with lots of sewing materials and equipment and I didn’t want to take a chance. The workmen were clean, efficient, polite and as quiet as possible(jackhammers aren’t that quiet, but they did their best). I would recommend them to anyone getting their basement waterproofed.

My family received an excellent installation from Vic, Ryan and Jose! They kept me informed of what needed to be done, how long the job would be and cleaned up everything before they left. I’ve already referred a co-worker to Ayers because I’m so impressed.

I would NEVER call Ayers Basement Systems again! I had a crack in the basement of a house that I was trying to buy and needed to get someone to come out to quote me a repair. In all fairness, my husband was late getting to the house by 15 min, but then when we got Ed Krieger to come back out, he was very rude, even after my husband apologized repeatedly. Once we thought that everything was cleared, we asked Ed to email us the quote, which he agreed to do. This was on a Saturday and by Monday afternoon when we still hadn’t heard anything we tried calling Ed. We were told he was in a meeting, but that he would get back with us. We called multiple times that day and finally after the end of the business day we got a text message that said«Monday is mtgs, back in Tuesday at 9am. Going into home now, will call you tomorrow.» We have YET to recieve a phone call back. Apparently business is so good for Ed Krieger that he doesn’t need to call customers back, but with his attitude and lack of communication, I can’t believe that business will be good for very long. If you ever need work on your basement, I suggest you call ANYONE other than Ayers Basement Systems.
