Culvers

This culvers location basically needs corporate help to get up to the standards ! Every time I go thru here there is a issue. Don’t get condiments that are requested or the order is wrong or the some part of the order is sub standard quality ! I like Culvers I eat at them often at several different places. So tonight I went I spent 24 $ when I got home and looked at the food I thought the quality and size of serving or the basic value for the money is just not there ! One of the items I got was a tenderloin sandwich (see pic). I unwrapped it. Two slices of pickle one if such was a Nast end piece. And maybe a half teaspoon of catsup and mustard ! Come on culvers get your quality where it needs to be ! So avoid this location or don’t say you were not warned !

I love Culver’s. It’s a chain, naturally, so the food is pretty consistent. I’ve also become more addicted to it since my girlfriend works there now (not at this location).
They make some of the best chicken strips in the fast food world. And, they’re made even better because you can get a side of cheese curds. Cheese curds are one of the main reasons to come to Culver’s. And then of course there’s Concrete Mixers, Culver’s variation of a Blizzard. How can that be bad? My personal favorite is mint, brownies, and Andes candies. It tastes like a Shamrock Shake only better.
This location is always really clean, which is a huge plus.
My issue is with the service. The last few times it’s been here it has been so slow for what seems like no reason. Like any fast food place, there’s a crew of seemingly endless workers. Some in the kitchen, some on register, some on the drive-​thru headset. Last time I was here, there was literally no one in line, just me. I stood there for nine minutes (I counted, yes) watching crew members clean and do other things before a girl finally asked «are you waiting on something?» and I had to be like «yeah… to order.» The service needs to step up a notch, because the food is always a treat.

I am a frozen Ice cream man, but when frozen custard is as good as the ice cream, wow! This is a great place to get burgers, sandwiches and my favorite double strawberry concrete blizzard :) So many flavors to chose from that I had to step aside to allow the regular customers a chance to order! I wish I had this place back where I live, Love it!

The culvers deluxe sandwich tasted different to me it didn’t have everything on it like I requested, so I called to complain the guy stated let me get my supervisor, he came back to the telephone I repeated my self then I stated to him you are the same person I spoke to the first time, he then hung up on me. I called again I asked him his name he stated it was CEQUAN spelled it then hung up on me again. The service at this location has went down in the last year, l can spend my money at another restaurant then to be treated rudely

Darn Concrete Mixers! They are so addicting. If I weren’t so worried about my cholesterol, I might have one everyday.
My family and I went into Culvers yesterday and was greated by everyone working there. I think I might have heard «welcome to Culver’s» 7 times. haha. The chicken crispy was pretty good. Nice portion. My wife had the fish sandwich, she didn’t complain so I’m assuming it was good. I also had the Make your own Mixer. So I chose Reese’s and asked the cashier what type of icecream would taste good with it, he said vanilla; I was not disappointed. It was very good. I definitely recommend Culver’s!

Worst service-​food served cold. Waitress arrived at the table and said“Oooh I coud’nt find Yawl! Malt was solid ice cream. Took it back 20minutes later still no malt. Axed for money back. No apology from staff not even a «my bad».

This place gets a great rating for customer service! It was like being back down South with EVERYONE with whom I came in contact from cashiers, to management. They were über friendly! The food is fast food, but better than BG or Mcd!

Culver’s does simple right. No fuss burger made to perfection. Not a fan of their fries, but the onion rings are on point. Can’t go wrong with the frozen custard.

I just L-​O-​V-​E their custard! It’s soooooooo good and if you get a kids meal you get a small custard. WOWZER for me all for under $ 6(butter burger, fry, drink, and CUSTAAAARD) yaaay I’m a fan!

Decided to try this restaurant out for the first time a few weeks ago. I got the butterburger with bacon and it was very delicious. The service is great, the prices are fairly decent and its an overall good atmosphere. I was very satisfied. I also tried custard and it was yummy as well.

Eat here about once a week for lunch. The selection is good but I have been getting their homemade pot roast and a cup of soup. Low on the weight watcher’s points!
Dorothy, a really nice worker, walks around passing out free ice cream samples… can’t beat that!

i love it!.. i work in that area so i usually go there on my lunch break. i mainly get the culver’s deluxe snack pack thats under 4 bucks. it isn’t enough to fill u up (which is why its called a «snack pack»), but it holds me over long enough to get through the rest of my work day at least
the burger is too good! i sometimes wonder are they putting cocaine on those burgers because i am truly addicted! my friends at work think im crazy because i eat it almost EVERYDAY

Culvers… butterburgers…fried chicken… philly cheesesteak… walleye? … mmmmm… walk in this place and the one thing i hate about fast food places is like times 10 here… you get stared down the whole time your reading the menu board trying to decide what to order… its just a creepy feelong to me …
but at least the faces are all smiling and ready to help… just back off a bit please… butterburgers, cooked to order as is everything on the menu… so the wait will be a little long… but very well worth it… the handmade burgers, fresh never frozen, cooked on a flat top grill get those great crispy edges but the inside tender an juicy…
the one time i had the fried chicken it was possibly the best i have ever had… sorri mom :-) …philly cheesesteak had an great flavor but was pretty damn small… fried walleye in season or cod when its not… cant comment because i havent had either…
free refills on the pop and iced tea… but you need to try the rootbeer… specially made at each location… its really good…
the custard is amazing… lots of different flavors and always a *flavoer of the day * …cones, cups, shakes, sundaes…
