I really love this place. They are prompt and efficient. I use the app and service is superb every time.

The food there is disgusting, and taste like they got the ingredients out the dumpster behind them. My pizza order was incorrect and the pizza wasn’t cooked all the way. The bbq chicken wings I ordered was not fresh and at room temperature also. They charged me for two dipping sauces for the chicken but they only gave me one and the sauce provided was incorrect. The delivery man called me from his cell phone for me to meet him at his car to get my pizza I have never eaten pizza or had service that was as bad as this. Beware. I will never eat there again. The good thing is they gave me a full refund.

Orders two pizzas at 7:30pm it’s now 8:25pm and pizza still not here called Domino’s Lansing and asked where my pizzas they replied should be there any minute asked him why the delay and he said backup and hung up the phone now is that how you deal with customers as a popular business REALLY! Pizza just showed up 8:37pm and the pizza crust was burn on both?

I ordered my pizza at 1:30 and had to delivered my door by 2:00. I usually wait for awhile for delivery in my area. Im very pleased with the great customer service and the pizza was phenomenal. I will definitely be ordering again!
