The manager is not only disrespectful, but she is flat out rude. The few times I have been there I have witnessed countless rude comments to elderly customers and «mean» faces (sounds juvenile, but it’s true). The store also does not know their own polices when it comes to coupons and remnants. I had to have the district manager get involved when I found out that the manager and employee were saying rude comments about me via their headsets. It’s an extremely unprofessional store filled with employees that roll their eyes, don’t answer back when asking a friendly question and simply… can’t even put a smile on their face. Also, I have to wait a minimum of ten minutes each time I go to check out. I have seen a countless number of individual ask to «speak to the manager» after having issues with employees… unfortunately the manager is the worse of all! It’s NOT hard to put a smile on your face and to LISTEN to your customers. That is what retail is ALL about, my friend. More training on policies is needed and a fresh, friendly hire of individuals.
PLEASE make the trip out to the Mall Court one, where you will get superb customer service each time. :)

Great selection and prices with fantastic coupons. However, be ready to wait in line. 12:30pm on a Sunday. Waited a half hour in line because, we were told, there were only two employees in the entire store and the other was cutting fabric in the back. Makes me think twice about returning.
