Missy African Hair Braiding

Although they do a really good job, they lack on customer service skills as far as communication and making you feel welcomed. My friend and I made a last minute appt for the day of. I got a call confirming that we could come in for 7am. When we got there the lady wasn’t there and didn’t show up until 7:30. She than proceeded to start on both of our heads although she told me that Missy will be coming in to do mine. Missy didn’t arrive until 2hrs later and she immediately got started on someone else’s head.
All in all the lady went back and forth doing my friend’s and mine which took literally 11hrs! The longest I have ever been in a hair salon. Like I said they do an exceptional job on twisting and they are highly liked on Facebook which is why we chose their shop.

I’m not sure why my review can’t be seen. But this just goes to show you how shady their service is!
