I purchased flowers from here based on the floral designs on the sites’ website and while it stipulates that some flowers might be swapped out, when our receptionist received the flowers i was FLOORED that the arrangement could look so different from the picture. I repeatedly called the florist trying to get my money back for what I clearly did not want to pay for based on what the picture looked like and what was actually sent. The florist emailed me ONCE and after that, never responded back to my multiple phone calls and emails.
