Some floors house full time residents, one of whom was fittingly named Coughman a chain smoking resident by the same verb inspired name. It is surrounded by great breakfast eateries as well as upscale gourmet grocers.
Grab a bottle of good vodka and pair that up with a variety of fruit nectars and you will be well equipped for local visitors. Showers down the hall so don’t forget your modesty bring a thick bathrobe. Regardless of your early rise and bath you will enevitably run into late all-​nighter guests strolling in at 6 am from a clubbing bender.
