On the contrary. I am a local and have experienced great service at this restraint. They have great food an a great atmosphere. Plus they have great drink specials during happy hour!

Went to Tony Roma’s for dinner today and the food was pretty disappointing. I ordered the steak medallions and rib combo. The ribs were decent, but reminded me of eating ribs at chilis. I ordered my steak medium and it came out well done and was nothing to write home about. The service was good and was the best thing about my experience. Overall I think it’s overpriced for the quality and I will not return.

Ok. Warm salad. I want a cold plate with cold salad! Initial service is awesome. Cold beer. Bathrooms are like a sauna. It’s like 80 in there. Not sure why but ridiculously hot. Scenery is excellent. Bread is good. Waitress is awesome. I had the Mahi Mahi. Was good but very plain. Should have ordered a steak I think. Overall the price is not in line with what you receive.

I wonder if they boil there ribs? I haven’t eaten at one of romas places in years thought I would give it a try. Maybe in a few more years the food will improve. This place not very clean for being at a mall.. When the server brought my salad my fork was in the Salad with ceasar dressing all over the handle.. The booth had stains on it.. And the table had a substance similar to maple syrup stuck on it. In addition 2 workers were sitting in the booth next to me complaining about other workers and their schedule. .it was annoying

Lousy food with even lousier service. Absolutely the worst I have had eating out and I eat out 150 — 200 times a year and this place is the worst — yuck!
The greeter was so busy texting that she didn’t greet or notice I came in. Sat at the bar to ensure service and bartender filled her drink 4 times to every one of mine and I sat two feet from where she filled her drink. The ribs tasted steamed and reheated in the microwave.
Another guy got tired of not having service in a booth moved to the bar which is a minor improvement.
Folks there is a reason why Tony Roma’s have gone out of business everywhere and this location epitomizes why.
I will NEVER eat at a Tony Roma’s again in my life and don’t make the same mistake I did by eating here.

Got on Unilocal to check in at ‘Tony Romas: A Place for Ribs’ and to my surprise, a place known for their ribs, I am corrected mid-​order by our waiter that they have no ribs. So, yeah, help a brother out and go to Sam’s and get a rack of ribs or don’t bother being open today on the busiest shopping day of the week next to a successful mall.

In Laredo, I feel like there really aren’t too many high end restaurants to frequent. When I want to splurge, I come here for the baby back ribs — they’re absolutely delicious. I haven’t tried much on their menu besides the burgers (which are decent), but what you should come here for is definitely the ribs!
