Today 6÷10÷14, I stopped by this GNC to pick up some simple peppermint oil for my pregnant, morning sick wife. I arrived at 10:01, and the door was locked with a sign on the door that said«At Publix for change. Back in 5 minutes. Giving them the benefit of the doubt I decided to run into Publix for something. I came back at 10:06. It is now 10:20 a full 20 minutes late to open, and 15 minutes after saying they’d be back. Whoever is working today should be fired and the manager should strongly consider changing their business practices.

The staff was helpful in finding exactly what I was looking for in the store and able to help me to get the best price for the supplements that I wanted. The store is on the smaller side, but they are well stocked with all the usual brands that GNC carries.

So today I waddled on over to GNC in search for a fat burning pill that I was interested in. This was my first time here, but I didn’t stay very long because I was planning on jogging right after. Assuming that all stores are identical, GNC was relatively small in comparison to, say, Vitamin Shoppe, but they seemed to have a wide variety of health and nutrition supplements. Everything looked well-organized and categorized according to need. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by the employee, Paul, who asked if I needed help with anything in particular. When I told him what I was looking for, he knew right away what I was referring to and showed me the product, then began to explain its contents, instructions, and recommendations. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and definitely knew what he was doing. Paul also offered one of the coupons for the product I wanted as an alternative to the gold card discount — something I didn’t have — which was great considering the expense of the bottle. As a first impression, this privately owned GNC has won my vote. I’ll be back!
